【摘要】：正為什么有的教師總不能很好地控制自己的情緒,而另一些人總是沉迷于既定的過(guò)往而不能自拔,還有一些人總是愿意固守成見……這里有一個(gè)認(rèn)識(shí)的角度:"心智模式"又叫心智模型。它是指固定于心中,影響人們了解世界、采取行動(dòng)的既有認(rèn)知;它是人們的思維習(xí)慣、思維風(fēng)格、思想方法以及心理素質(zhì)的反映;它是人們認(rèn)識(shí)事物和解決問(wèn)題的方法和習(xí)慣,是人們的一種思維定式。
[Abstract]:Why are some teachers always unable to control their emotions, others are obsessed with the past and others are always willing to stick to stereotypes. Here is an angle of understanding: the mental model is also called the mental model. It refers to the existing cognition that is fixed in the mind and influences people to understand the world and take action; it is the reflection of people's thinking habits, thinking styles, thinking methods and psychological qualities; it is the method and habit of people to understand things and solve problems. Is a kind of thinking formula of people.
