【摘要】：正當(dāng)我們將"責(zé)任"的概念遷移到教育領(lǐng)域中,去思考學(xué)校應(yīng)履行怎樣的責(zé)任時,首先,需要反思究竟何為"學(xué)校責(zé)任"應(yīng)有之義,學(xué)校應(yīng)承擔(dān)哪些責(zé)任,而又對哪些責(zé)任無力承擔(dān)呢?其次,我們更需明確學(xué)校責(zé)任不僅是有范圍和邊界的,同時也是存在一定限度的。隨著教育在社會中地位的不斷提高,社會對教育也表現(xiàn)出過分依賴、過高期望,甚至出現(xiàn)將學(xué)校教育神奇化的傾向,誤將學(xué)校功能與學(xué)校責(zé)任無限擴(kuò)大、泛化或過于強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)校的派生責(zé)
[Abstract]:While we are moving the concept of "responsibility" into the field of education to think about what kind of responsibility schools should perform, first of all, we need to reflect on what is meant by "school responsibility" and what responsibilities should be borne by schools. And what are the responsibilities that cannot be borne? Secondly, we need to make clear that school responsibility not only has scope and boundary, but also has certain limits. With the continuous improvement of the status of education in the society, the society also shows excessive dependence on education, too high expectations, and even appears the tendency to magically turn school education into a magical one, which wrongly expands the functions of schools and the responsibilities of schools.
