【摘要】:從人際吸引力和勝任力評價兩個維度探討大學(xué)生自謙歸因?qū)λ嗽u價的影響。以120名大學(xué)生為樣本,采用2*2的組間情景實驗設(shè)計,讓被試觀測情景材料中不同勝任力水平個體的自謙歸因后作出評價,研究發(fā)現(xiàn),不同勝任力水平下大學(xué)生自謙歸因?qū)θ穗H吸引力和勝任力評價上存在交互效應(yīng),當(dāng)材料中大學(xué)生勝任力水平高時,自謙歸因能提高大學(xué)生的人際吸引力。然而,當(dāng)材料中大學(xué)生勝任力水平低時,自謙歸因不僅不能提高人際吸引力,反而減少了他人對大學(xué)生的勝任力評價。
[Abstract]:From two dimensions of interpersonal attractiveness and competence evaluation, this paper probes into the influence of self-deprecation attribution on the evaluation of others. In this paper, 120 college students were selected as a sample, and two groups of two students were used to test the self-modesty attribution of individuals with different competence levels in the scenario materials. The study found that, There is an interactive effect on interpersonal attractiveness and competence evaluation of college students' self-deprecation attribution under different competence levels. When the level of college students' competence is high in the material, self-modesty attribution can improve the interpersonal attractiveness of college students. However, when the competency level of college students in the material is low, self-modesty attribution can not only improve interpersonal attractiveness, but also reduce others' evaluation of college students' competence.
