【摘要】：農(nóng)村小規(guī)模學(xué)校對維護(hù)教育公平、促進(jìn)農(nóng)村發(fā)展具有重要意義,但是其在教師隊(duì)伍、辦學(xué)經(jīng)費(fèi)與辦學(xué)條件等方面處于貧困狀態(tài)。隨著國家加大對小規(guī)模學(xué)校的扶貧力度,其貧困狀況有所改善。下一步的扶貧工作需要堅(jiān)持精準(zhǔn)識別、精準(zhǔn)管理與精準(zhǔn)幫扶的基本取向,明確小規(guī)模學(xué)校的發(fā)展標(biāo)準(zhǔn),利用小規(guī)模學(xué)校優(yōu)勢改善軟環(huán)境,重拳破解小規(guī)模學(xué)校教師隊(duì)伍之困。
[Abstract]:Small-scale rural schools play an important role in maintaining education fairness and promoting rural development, but they are in a poor state in terms of teachers, school funds and conditions. As the state increases efforts to help small-scale schools, its poverty situation has improved. The next step of poverty alleviation work needs to adhere to the basic orientation of precision identification, precision management and precision help, clear the development standards of small schools, use the advantages of small schools to improve the soft environment, and crack the difficulties of small school teachers.
