【摘要】："導師制"作為我國教育界的熱門話題,相關研究主要圍繞其理論圖景、域外經驗和中國實踐展開。導師制就其理論解讀而言,呈現(xiàn)出作為"教育制度"的導師制、作為"教學模式"的導師制和作為"師生關系"的導師制等三種圖景。導師制就其域外經驗解讀而言,呈現(xiàn)出美國、英國和其他國家等三種鏡像。導師制就其中國實踐解讀而言,呈現(xiàn)出面向研究生的導師制、面向本科生的導師制和面向高職院校學生的導師制等三種層次。
[Abstract]:As a hot topic in the educational circles of our country, the related research focuses on its theory picture, overseas experience and Chinese practice. As far as its theoretical interpretation is concerned, the tutorial system as an "educational system", a tutor system as a "teaching mode" and a tutor system as a "teacher-student relationship" are presented. From the perspective of its overseas experience, the tutorial system presents three kinds of mirror images: the United States, the United Kingdom and other countries. As far as its Chinese practice is concerned, there are three levels: the tutorial system for graduate students, the tutorial system for undergraduates and the tutorial system for students in higher vocational colleges.
