【摘要】：現(xiàn)如今,校園一卡通系統(tǒng)已在高校信息化建設(shè)不斷發(fā)展的過程中普及應(yīng)用,一卡通為廣大師生員工的生活、學(xué)習(xí)帶來了極大方便的同時,也使學(xué)校的管理工作更加簡便、快捷、高效。與此同時,校園一卡通系統(tǒng)在運行的過程中產(chǎn)生了大量數(shù)據(jù),這些數(shù)據(jù)記錄了師生員工的日常學(xué)習(xí)和生活信息。云課堂學(xué)習(xí)平臺是我校云端一體化學(xué)習(xí)平臺,廣泛應(yīng)用于我校各個本科院系及研究生院,其主要設(shè)計目標(biāo)是供學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)并提供課程管理,更好的滿足教師的教學(xué)和學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí),以及師生間的教學(xué)互動。同時,學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)行為數(shù)據(jù)在云課堂學(xué)習(xí)平臺后臺被記錄。那么如何利用這些數(shù)據(jù)、從這些數(shù)據(jù)中發(fā)現(xiàn)隱藏的規(guī)律和信息,以對學(xué)校的管理工作、教育教學(xué)工作提供參考和幫助,值得進一步探究。自20世紀(jì)90年代以來,數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)迅速發(fā)展,成為近年來新興的熱門學(xué)科。數(shù)據(jù)挖掘是在大型數(shù)據(jù)存儲庫中自動發(fā)現(xiàn)有用信息的過程,它要處理的問題,就是在龐大的數(shù)據(jù)庫中找出有價值的隱藏事件,并加以分析,從而得出對機構(gòu)、企業(yè)等有用的信息。目前數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)已大量應(yīng)用在零售業(yè)、制造業(yè)、財務(wù)金融保險、通訊及醫(yī)療服務(wù)行業(yè)。本文借助數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)和Weka數(shù)據(jù)挖掘平臺,用K-means聚類算法對學(xué)生消費行為數(shù)據(jù)做聚類分析,并借助Excel工具對消費行為數(shù)據(jù)進行多維度統(tǒng)計分析,以更加全面的了解學(xué)生的消費情況。同時,用Apriori關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則算法對學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)行為數(shù)據(jù)、消費行為數(shù)據(jù)做關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則挖掘,以了解學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)行為,以及消費行為與學(xué)習(xí)行為之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性。通過本文研究工作,一方面將學(xué)生在校內(nèi)的日常消費行為劃分類別,并從學(xué)校服務(wù)、管理角度提出建議、提供參考;另一方面挖掘了“成績”、“在線學(xué)習(xí)時長”、“年消費額”三個屬性間的關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則,為教育教學(xué)工作的改善提供參考。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the campus one-card system has been popularized and applied in the process of the continuous development of the information construction in colleges and universities. The one-card card has brought great convenience to the life and study of the teachers and students, and at the same time, it has also made the management of the school more convenient and faster. High efficiency. At the same time, a large number of data are generated in the course of running the campus card system, which records the daily learning and life information of teachers and students. The cloud classroom learning platform is an integrated learning platform of our school, which is widely used in all undergraduate departments and graduate schools of our university. Its main design goal is to provide students with network learning and curriculum management. Better meet the teacher's teaching and students' learning, as well as the teaching interaction between teachers and students. At the same time, the data of students' learning behavior are recorded in the background of cloud classroom learning platform. So how to use these data to find hidden laws and information from these data in order to provide reference and help for school management and education and teaching work is worth further exploration. Since 1990's, data mining technology has developed rapidly and become a hot subject in recent years. Data mining is the process of automatically discovering useful information in large data repositories. The problem it has to deal with is to find valuable hidden events in large databases, and analyze them, and then draw a conclusion on the mechanism. Useful information such as business. At present, data mining technology has been widely used in retail, manufacturing, finance, finance, insurance, communications and medical services. In this paper, with the help of data mining technology and Weka data mining platform, we use K-means clustering algorithm to cluster students' consumer behavior data, and use Excel tools to carry out multi-dimensional statistical analysis of consumer behavior data. In order to a more comprehensive understanding of the student consumption situation. At the same time, the Apriori association rules algorithm is used to mine the learning behavior data and the consumer behavior data to understand the students' learning behavior and the correlation between the consumer behavior and the learning behavior. Through the research work of this paper, on the one hand, it classifies the students' daily consumption behavior in the school, and puts forward suggestions from the school service and management angle to provide the reference; on the other hand, it excavates the "achievement", "the online study time", The association rules between the three attributes of "annual consumption" provide a reference for the improvement of education and teaching.
