【摘要】：近幾年隨著課堂教學模式的變革及MOOCs的不斷推進,教育界高度關(guān)注翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂在我國教育變革中的重要意義。為此,以成人學生為研究對象,選擇來自開放大學或其他成人高校的學生參與實證調(diào)查,利用結(jié)構(gòu)方程進行擬合,提出我國翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂滿意度影響因素模型。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):相比于傳統(tǒng)的課堂教學,成人高校的絕大多數(shù)學生對翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學模式并無明顯偏好;翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂中教學環(huán)境、教學過程及教學效果對教學滿意度有重要影響,其中,教學效果對教學滿意度的影響程度最大,教學環(huán)境與教學過程雖然沒有直接顯著地影響教學滿意度,但通過影響教學效果產(chǎn)生了間接作用;最后,通過人口統(tǒng)計變量的調(diào)節(jié)效應檢驗,發(fā)現(xiàn)性別、學歷未產(chǎn)生調(diào)節(jié)效應,而學校和類別在教學環(huán)境影響教學效果、教學過程影響教學效果、教學效果影響教學滿意度中都產(chǎn)生了顯著影響。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the reform of classroom teaching mode and the continuous promotion of MOOCs, the educational circles pay close attention to the significance of flipping classroom in the educational reform of our country. Therefore, taking adult students as the research object, choosing students from open universities or other adult colleges to participate in the empirical investigation, using structural equations to fit, the paper puts forward the model of the factors influencing the satisfaction degree of overturned classroom in China. The study found that the majority of students in adult colleges have no obvious preference for the flipping classroom teaching mode compared with the traditional classroom teaching, and the teaching environment, teaching process and teaching effect have important influence on the teaching satisfaction, among which, the reverse classroom teaching environment, the teaching process and the teaching effect have an important effect on the teaching satisfaction. The effect of teaching effect on the degree of teaching satisfaction is the greatest. Although the teaching environment and teaching process do not have a direct and significant impact on the degree of teaching satisfaction, it has an indirect effect by influencing the teaching effect. Through the adjustment effect test of demographic variables, it was found that gender and education had no adjustment effect, while schools and categories affected teaching effect in teaching environment, and teaching process affected teaching effect. Teaching effect has a significant effect on teaching satisfaction.
