基于微信企業(yè)號的移動數(shù)字校園研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:互聯(lián)網(wǎng)進(jìn)入移動時代,個性化定制業(yè)務(wù)、移動端辦公以及校內(nèi)師生即時通信的需求日益增加。目前的高校數(shù)字校園平臺大都基于PC端,依賴于固定的辦公環(huán)境和網(wǎng)絡(luò),不能滿足基于移動端的業(yè)務(wù)需求。移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的普及推動了高校信息化的發(fā)展,數(shù)字校園建設(shè)進(jìn)入新的領(lǐng)域。如何將數(shù)字校園移動化,建立一個移動端的門戶,針對不同的師生建立不同的業(yè)務(wù)平臺,并實現(xiàn)對所有師生的通信互聯(lián)成為目前高校信息化亟待解決的問題。微信企業(yè)號的推出給移動數(shù)字校園建設(shè)帶來了曙光,總結(jié)國內(nèi)外數(shù)字校園移動化建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗,結(jié)合我校信息化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,本文提出與微信企業(yè)號結(jié)合的方式建立我校的移動數(shù)字校園平臺,平臺架構(gòu)使用Spring MVC + MyBatis + Redis搭建。SpringMVC負(fù)責(zé)實現(xiàn)MVC模式,MyBatis負(fù)責(zé)實現(xiàn)與共享數(shù)據(jù)中心交互,Redis負(fù)責(zé)實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)緩存。本文的主要工作包括三個方面。首先,建設(shè)移動端門戶平臺,將我校各部門獨自運行的移動端應(yīng)用分配統(tǒng)一的企業(yè)號應(yīng)用,將PC端的信息化平臺向企業(yè)號中遷移。其次,建設(shè)分角色消息推送平臺,數(shù)字校園平臺不再單一的僅通過在信息化網(wǎng)站發(fā)布信息,而是通過消息推送的方式直接將此信息推送至需要接收的企業(yè)號應(yīng)用中,實現(xiàn)定制化服務(wù)。最后,對目前正在使用的信息化平臺開放接口,在不影響平臺正常運行的基礎(chǔ)上擴展平臺移動端服務(wù),實現(xiàn)移動互聯(lián)化建設(shè)。本文主要有兩個創(chuàng)新點。首先,基于微信企業(yè)號實名認(rèn)證技術(shù),通過共享數(shù)據(jù)中心及微信公眾平臺將師生的微信號與學(xué)工號做唯一性的關(guān)聯(lián),使用企業(yè)號應(yīng)用無需進(jìn)行二次登錄驗證使用者身份。其次,基于虛擬分組校內(nèi)信息互聯(lián)技術(shù),根據(jù)具體的需求將部分或全部師生劃分為多個虛擬分組,各個虛擬分組無需數(shù)據(jù)落地,而是隨時需要隨時生成,對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行虛擬劃分,在企業(yè)號應(yīng)用與移動平臺之間建立即時通信。移動門戶解決了移動端辦公的問題,提高了辦公效率,推送平臺解決了師生即時通信的問題,推動了我校信息化在移動方向的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As the Internet enters the mobile era, the demand for personalized customizing service, mobile office and instant messaging between teachers and students is increasing day by day. At present, most of the digital campus platforms in colleges and universities are based on PC and depend on fixed office environment and network, so they can not meet the business requirements based on mobile terminal. The popularization of mobile Internet has promoted the development of information technology in colleges and universities, and the construction of digital campus has entered a new field. How to move the digital campus, establish a mobile portal, set up different business platforms for different teachers and students, and realize the communication interconnection of all teachers and students has become an urgent problem to be solved in the informationization of colleges and universities. The introduction of WeChat Enterprise number brings the dawn to the construction of mobile digital campus, summarizes the experience of mobile construction of digital campus at home and abroad, and combines the present situation of information development of our school. In this paper, we put forward the method of combining with WeChat enterprise number to establish our school's mobile digital campus platform. The platform architecture uses Spring MVC MyBatis Redis to build. Spring MVC is responsible for implementing MVC pattern. MyBatis is responsible for implementing the interaction with shared data center and Redis is responsible for implementing data cache. The main work of this paper includes three aspects. First of all, the mobile portal platform is built, and the mobile application running alone in our school is assigned a unified enterprise number application, and the information platform on the PC side is transferred to the enterprise number. Secondly, build a role message push platform, digital campus platform is no longer a single information only through the information website, but by the way of message push directly to the need to receive the enterprise number application, To achieve customized services. Finally, to open the interface of the information platform which is being used at present, the platform mobile terminal service is extended on the basis of not affecting the normal operation of the platform, so as to realize the construction of mobile interconnection. There are two innovations in this paper. Firstly, based on the real name authentication technology of WeChat enterprise number, the microsignal of teachers and students is associated with the student number by sharing data center and WeChat public platform, and the user identity need not be authenticated twice by using enterprise number application. Secondly, based on the virtual grouping information interconnection technology, some or all teachers and students are divided into multiple virtual groups according to the specific needs. Each virtual grouping does not need to fall to the ground, but needs to be generated at any time, and the data is divided into virtual groups at any time. Establish instant communication between enterprise number application and mobile platform. Mobile portal solves the problem of mobile office, improves the efficiency of office, and pushes the platform to solve the problem of instant communication between teachers and students, and promotes the development of information technology in mobile direction of our school.
