大學(xué)生移情、感戴與利他行為的相關(guān)研究

【摘要】:利他行為是指以他人的利益為出發(fā)點(diǎn)的一種自覺自愿行為,它一向被認(rèn)為是最高水平的親社會(huì)行為。大學(xué)生作為社會(huì)的一個(gè)重要群體,他們的價(jià)值觀和價(jià)值取向在某種程度上決定了我國(guó)社會(huì)未來(lái)的價(jià)值觀和價(jià)值取向。培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的利他行為,是道德教育的目標(biāo)之一。本研究從個(gè)體因素出發(fā),探究當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的利他行為現(xiàn)狀,以及大學(xué)生移情、感戴與利他行為的關(guān)系,進(jìn)一步為高校的思政教育提供理論依據(jù)。本論文研究了大學(xué)生(?粕、本科生)這一特殊群體的移情力、感戴與利他行為的現(xiàn)狀特點(diǎn)和關(guān)系。被試分別為上海一所普通本科院校的138名本科生和一所高職院校的145名?粕。研究采用了《大學(xué)生利他行為調(diào)查表》、《大學(xué)生移情能力調(diào)查表》和《大學(xué)生感戴調(diào)查表》對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查,通過(guò)實(shí)證研究,本文得出以下結(jié)論:(1)大多數(shù)學(xué)生具有利他觀念,利他行為總體水平良好。大學(xué)生利他行為存在學(xué)歷差異,?粕麆(dòng)機(jī)得分顯著高于本科生;大學(xué)生利他行為存在生源地差異,滬籍學(xué)生利他動(dòng)機(jī)得分顯著高于非滬籍學(xué)生。大學(xué)生利他行為各個(gè)維度在其他人口學(xué)變量上差異不顯著。(2)大學(xué)生的移情力總體中等偏高。大學(xué)生移情能力存在學(xué)歷差異,本科生在移情各個(gè)維度上得分顯著高于專科生。大學(xué)生移情能力存在性別差異,女大學(xué)生在移情情感上得分顯著高于男大學(xué)生。(3)大學(xué)生感戴水平良好。大學(xué)生感戴水平存在學(xué)歷差異,本科生充足感得分顯著高于?粕;大學(xué)生感戴存在性別差異,女大學(xué)生充足感得分顯著高于男大學(xué)生。(4)大學(xué)生移情力、感戴水平與利他行為存在顯著的相關(guān)性。(5)大學(xué)生移情力、感戴水平能對(duì)利他行為有一定的預(yù)測(cè)作用。(6)感戴在移情能力與利他行為之間起部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:Altruistic behavior, which is regarded as the highest level of prosocial behavior, refers to a voluntary behavior which is based on the interests of others.College students as an important group of society, their values and value orientation to a certain extent determines the future of our social values and value orientation.Cultivating altruistic behavior of college students is one of the goals of moral education.From the perspective of individual factors, this study explores the current situation of altruistic behavior of contemporary college students, and the relationship between empathy, feeling and altruism, which provides theoretical basis for ideological and political education in colleges and universities.This paper studies the current characteristics and relationship between empathy, perception and altruism among college students (college students, undergraduates).The subjects were 138 undergraduates from a general college in Shanghai and 145 students from a higher vocational college.The questionnaire of altruistic behavior of college students, the questionnaire of empathy ability of college students and the questionnaire of college students' perception of empathy were used to investigate the students' altruistic behavior.This paper draws the following conclusion: 1) most students have altruistic ideas and good altruistic behavior.College students' altruistic behavior has significant difference in academic background, and college students' altruistic motivation score is significantly higher than that of undergraduate students, while college students' altruistic behavior is different from students' origin, and Shanghai students' altruistic motivation score is significantly higher than that of non-Shanghai students.There is no significant difference in other demographic variables in different dimensions of altruistic behavior of college students.College students' empathy ability has different academic qualifications, and undergraduate students' scores in each dimension of empathy are significantly higher than those of junior college students.The empathy ability of female students was significantly higher than that of male students.There is a significant difference in the level of college students' sense of wearing, the scores of undergraduates' adequacy sense is significantly higher than that of college students, and the female students' sense of adequacy is significantly higher than that of male students' empathy, while the female students' feeling of wearing is significantly higher than that of college students.There is a significant correlation between perceived wearing level and altruistic behavior. 5) empathy ability of college students, and sensory wearing level can predict altruistic behavior to some extent. 6) sensory wearing plays a part of intermediary role between empathy ability and altruistic behavior.
