任務(wù)導(dǎo)向的慕課研修模式分析

【摘要】:任務(wù)導(dǎo)向的慕課研修即研修初明確研修任務(wù)和目標,研修中采用線上與線下相結(jié)合的方法來展開,遇到問題給予及時解答,以有效達成研修目標、改善研修體驗的教師專業(yè)發(fā)展模式;谏虾J懈咧忻D秸n建設(shè)的教師研修項目,本研究通過問卷調(diào)查和座談訪談等方法對任務(wù)導(dǎo)向的慕課研修實踐進行了調(diào)研,分析表明:明確的研修目標、優(yōu)質(zhì)的線上課程、及時的答疑輔導(dǎo)、針對問題的線下研修等是研修實施的關(guān)鍵;任務(wù)導(dǎo)向的慕課研修需要改進之處有:學(xué)員間的交流不夠有效,研修的自主性與組織實施成本之間的矛盾,研修組織管理有待改善等。
[Abstract]:Task-oriented study is to make clear the task and goal of the study at the beginning of the course. In the course of the study, the online and offline methods are used to carry out the study, and the problem is answered in time, so as to effectively achieve the goal of the study.To improve the experience of teacher professional development model.Based on the teachers' research project in the construction of high school and famous high school in Shanghai, this study investigates the practice of task-oriented teaching by means of questionnaire survey and interview. The analysis shows that: clear research goal, high quality online course, etc.The organization and management of the study need to be improved.
