藏蒙漢初中生人格、友誼質(zhì)量對(duì)自我概念的影響

【摘要】:初中階段是個(gè)體發(fā)展由幼稚走向成熟的轉(zhuǎn)折階段,這一階段自我概念發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出一些特點(diǎn),研究采用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型方法試圖闡釋人格、友誼質(zhì)量在不同文化背景下對(duì)自我概念的作用機(jī)制。研究對(duì)象為青海省藏族初中生121名,蒙古族初中生100名和漢族初中生167名。研究主要結(jié)論如下:1.人格各維度年級(jí)差異表現(xiàn)在藏族的精神質(zhì)、內(nèi)外向維度,漢族內(nèi)外向維度以及蒙古族的神經(jīng)質(zhì)維度,初二年級(jí)水平低于初一和初三這一趨勢(shì)在各民族間普遍存在。2.研究沒(méi)有得出自我概念在初中階段呈倒U型發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的結(jié)論;在藏族初中生中,自我概念有差異的各維度均呈現(xiàn)隨年級(jí)增長(zhǎng)而增長(zhǎng)的特征,漢族和蒙古族初中生在自我概念有顯著差異的維度都呈現(xiàn)初二年級(jí)分?jǐn)?shù)高于初一和初三年級(jí)的分布趨勢(shì)。3.精神質(zhì)與能力自我和成就自我負(fù)相關(guān),與家庭自我和身體自我正相關(guān);內(nèi)外向與所有自我概念維度正相關(guān);神經(jīng)質(zhì)與除家庭自我和身體自我維度的所有自我概念維度負(fù)相關(guān);友誼質(zhì)量各維度中幫助陪伴和親密交流與自我概念所有維度正相關(guān),肯定價(jià)值和信任尊重與家庭自我除外的所有自我概念維度正相關(guān)。4.研究提出的理論模型并不適用于藏族被試群組,且刪除了精神質(zhì)對(duì)自我概念影響的路徑,得出在蒙古族和漢族群組內(nèi)友誼質(zhì)量正向影響自我概念,內(nèi)外向正向影響自我概念,精神質(zhì)負(fù)向影響自我概念。5.在友誼質(zhì)量和人格對(duì)自我概念的影響機(jī)制探討上,研究得出在蒙古族和漢族群組內(nèi),內(nèi)外向是友誼質(zhì)量對(duì)自我概念影響的調(diào)節(jié)變量且起著負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:The stage of junior middle school is the turning stage of individual development from childish to mature. The development of self-concept in this stage presents some characteristics. This paper tries to explain personality by using structural equation model method.The effect of friendship quality on self-concept in different cultural backgrounds.The subjects were 121 Tibetan junior high school students, 100 Mongolian junior high school students and 167 Han junior high school students in Qinghai province.The main conclusions of the study are as follows: 1.The differences of different grades of personality were manifested in the mental quality of Tibetan nationality, the dimension of introversion and extroversion of the Han nationality, the dimension of neuroticism of the Mongolian nationality, and the tendency that the level of grade two of junior high school was lower than that of grade one and three of junior high school.The study did not draw the conclusion that the self-concept in junior middle school showed a trend of inverted U-shaped development; in Tibetan junior middle school students, the dimensions of self-concept differences all showed the characteristics of increasing with the growth of grade.Han and Mongolian junior high school students in the self-concept of significant differences in the dimensions of junior high school grade scores higher than grade one and junior high school grade distribution trend. 3.Psychoticism is negatively correlated with ability self and achievement self, positively correlated with family self and physical self, positively correlated with all dimensions of self concept, neuroticism and all dimensions of self concept except family self and physical self.In each dimension of friendship quality, the help of companionship and intimate communication is positively related to all dimensions of self-concept, and the positive correlation between positive value and trust and respect and all dimensions of self-concept except family self. 4.The theoretical model proposed by the study is not suitable for Tibetan subjects, and the path of influence of mental quality on self-concept is deleted. It is concluded that friendship quality positively affects self-concept in Mongolian and Han groups, and affects self-concept in inward and outward direction.Negative influence of psychoticism on self-concept. 5.In the study of the influence mechanism of friendship quality and personality on self-concept, it is concluded that in Mongolian and Han nationality groups, introversion and extroversion are the regulating variables and play a negative role in regulating the influence of friendship quality on self-concept.
