【摘要】:教育家成長(zhǎng)的交互性規(guī)律是教育家成長(zhǎng)的最為重要的規(guī)律。教育家成長(zhǎng)就是在教育家的適應(yīng)性規(guī)律與超越性規(guī)律相互交互的動(dòng)態(tài)過(guò)程中成長(zhǎng)的。教育家成長(zhǎng)的交互性規(guī)律通過(guò)內(nèi)外因交互要素、"小我"與"大我"交互要素、"大時(shí)勢(shì)"與"小時(shí)勢(shì)"交互要素而起作用。
[Abstract]:The interactivity law of educator's growth is the most important law of educator's growth.The growth of educator is in the dynamic process of mutual interaction between adaptability law and transcendence law of educator.The interaction law of educator's growth works through internal and external interaction elements, "ego" and "big ego" interaction elements, "big situation" and "small potential" interaction elements.
