【摘要】：從教育城鎮(zhèn)化與城鎮(zhèn)化協(xié)調性看,出現(xiàn)了教育排斥型城鎮(zhèn)化、教育吸引型城鎮(zhèn)化與撤校推動型城鎮(zhèn)化三種教育城鎮(zhèn)化異化樣態(tài)。教育城鎮(zhèn)化異化對城鄉(xiāng)教育以及卷入異化的教育城鎮(zhèn)化中的學生與家庭產(chǎn)生不良影響,人口流入主導型城市教育擴容壓力大,隨遷子女入學難;教育發(fā)展不均衡縣域的縣鎮(zhèn)巨班大校問題突出,進城上學代價大;學齡人口減少的鄉(xiāng)村學校小規(guī)�；�,學生去留困擾多。針對上述問題,需要研究教育城鎮(zhèn)化的積極發(fā)展思路,走出城鄉(xiāng)教育的優(yōu)劣思維,建立城鄉(xiāng)教育特質思維;體現(xiàn)向農(nóng)性、城鄉(xiāng)積極差異,推進城鄉(xiāng)教育發(fā)展均衡化;優(yōu)化城鄉(xiāng)教育組織治理行為,建立問題友好型教育城鎮(zhèn)化治理模式。
[Abstract]:From the view of the coordination of educational urbanization and urbanization, there are three kinds of educational urbanization dissimilation: educational exclusion urbanization, educational attraction urbanization and de-school promotion urbanization.The alienation of education urbanization has a negative impact on urban and rural education as well as students and families involved in the alienation of education urbanization.The problem of big class in county and town is prominent, and the cost of going to town is high; the small scale of rural school with reduced school-age population makes the students more troubled.In view of the above problems, we should study the positive development thinking of education urbanization, go out of the good and bad thinking of urban and rural education, establish the thinking of urban and rural educational characteristics, reflect the positive differences between urban and rural areas, and promote the equalization of urban and rural education development.Optimize urban and rural education organization governance behavior, establish a problem-friendly educational urbanization governance model.
