體育舞蹈專項(xiàng)大學(xué)生焦慮現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:追求幸福、和諧的生活是人類文明的主旋律;保持愉悅、輕松的學(xué)習(xí)與運(yùn)動心理是每一個學(xué)生追求的目標(biāo)。作為同齡群體中的佼佼者——大學(xué)生,他們正處在人生的重要發(fā)展階段,處在價值觀、世界觀逐漸定型時期。他們是家庭的希望,是社會發(fā)展的動力。大學(xué)生的健康成長對社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展、對家庭的和諧幸福具有不可估量的價值。在這一背景下,加強(qiáng)對大學(xué)生焦慮現(xiàn)狀的研究及如何緩解個體焦慮情緒顯得尤為重要。本研究采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)法、問卷調(diào)查法等研究方法,調(diào)查對象為武漢體育學(xué)院體育舞蹈專項(xiàng)以及其他體育專項(xiàng)大一、大二和大三學(xué)生共340名,旨在探究體育舞蹈專項(xiàng)大學(xué)生心理焦慮狀態(tài)及特點(diǎn),為體育舞蹈專項(xiàng)大學(xué)生的健康成長提供有針對性的建議,并為體育舞蹈教學(xué)提供心理學(xué)依據(jù),從而促進(jìn)體育舞蹈的發(fā)展。本研究的主要結(jié)果是:1.體育舞蹈專項(xiàng)大學(xué)生與中國常模以及非體育舞蹈專項(xiàng)相比,焦慮狀況有顯著差異。與中國常模相比較,體育舞蹈專項(xiàng)大學(xué)生SAS水平顯著高于常模(p0.00),在認(rèn)知狀態(tài)焦慮、軀體狀態(tài)焦慮、狀態(tài)自信心上,與常模比較,體育舞蹈專項(xiàng)女大學(xué)生得分顯著高于常模(p0.00);與其他體育專項(xiàng)大學(xué)生相比較,體育舞蹈專項(xiàng)大學(xué)生在狀態(tài)自信心上得分顯著高于其他體育專項(xiàng)大學(xué)生(p0.05);在SAS、軀體狀態(tài)焦慮上得分顯著低其他體育專項(xiàng)大學(xué)生(p0.05),兩者焦慮癥狀發(fā)生率差異存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=18.901,p㩳0.00)。2.體育舞蹈專項(xiàng)大學(xué)生在性別、年級、獨(dú)生子女、訓(xùn)練年限方面基本有顯著差異。在性別上,男生在狀態(tài)自信心上得分顯著高于女生(p0.05),在軀體狀態(tài)焦慮上得分顯著低于女生(p0.05);在年級上,SAS焦慮水平一年級得分顯著高于二年級、三年級(p0.01),在狀態(tài)自信心上,二年級顯著高于三年級(p0.05),焦慮檢出率在年級上差異存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=9.585,p0.00);在狀態(tài)自信心上,是否獨(dú)生子女得分差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p0.05);在訓(xùn)練年限上,訓(xùn)練時間18個月及以下組的SAS焦慮水平得分顯著高于訓(xùn)練30個月及以上組(p0.05),在身體狀態(tài)焦慮上,訓(xùn)練在18-30個月之間組得分顯著高于訓(xùn)練30個月及以上組(p0.05),體育舞蹈專項(xiàng)大學(xué)生焦慮癥狀發(fā)生率在訓(xùn)練年限上差異存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=8.276,p0.00)。3.在是否是固定舞伴上,雖有較小的數(shù)值之差,但無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。本研究認(rèn)為,體育舞蹈專項(xiàng)大學(xué)生是體育舞蹈發(fā)展的未來力量,如果他們出現(xiàn)心理問題且得不到重視及有效干預(yù),體育舞蹈事業(yè)的發(fā)展必然會受到嚴(yán)重影響。只有重視與排解體育舞蹈專項(xiàng)大學(xué)生焦慮狀態(tài)才能促進(jìn)他們的健康成長,才能真正實(shí)現(xiàn)體育舞蹈教學(xué)質(zhì)量的飛躍。
[Abstract]:The pursuit of happiness and harmonious life is the main theme of human civilization.As the best of the same age group, college students are in the important stage of life development, in the period of values and world outlook.They are the hope of the family and the driving force of social development.The healthy growth of college students is of inestimable value to the sustainable development of society and the harmonious and happy family.Under this background, it is very important to strengthen the research on the present situation of college students' anxiety and how to alleviate the individual anxiety.This study adopts the methods of literature, interview, experience summarization, questionnaire investigation and so on. The subjects of this study are 340 freshmen, sophomores and junior students of Wuhan Institute of physical Education.The purpose of this paper is to explore the psychological anxiety state and characteristics of college students in sports dance program, to provide specific suggestions for the healthy growth of sports dance students, and to provide psychological basis for the teaching of sports dance, so as to promote the development of sports dance.The main result of this study is 1: 1.Compared with the Chinese norm and non-sports dance program, the anxiety status of the college students in sports dance program is significantly different.Compared with the Chinese norm, the SAS level of the sports dance college students was significantly higher than that of the norm, and compared with the norm in cognitive state anxiety, somatic state anxiety and state confidence.The scores of female college students in sports dance program were significantly higher than those of the norm (P 0.005), and compared with those of other sports students,The scores of physical state anxiety in sports dance students were significantly higher than those in other sports majors (P 0.05), and in SAS the scores of somatic state anxiety were significantly lower than those in other sports subjects. The incidence of anxiety symptoms was significantly different between the two groups (蠂 2 / 18.901 / P 0.000. 0. 2).There are significant differences in sex, grade, only child, training years.In terms of gender, male students scored significantly higher on state self-confidence than girls, and lower scores on somatic state anxiety than girls, and SAS anxiety level in grade 1 was significantly higher than that in grade 2, and in grade 3, it was p0.01, and in state self-confidence, it was significantly higher in grade 1 than that in grade 2.The prevalence of anxiety in grade 2 was significantly higher than that in grade 3 (蠂 2 9.585%, p 0.005), the score of only child was significantly higher in grade 2 than that in grade 3 (蠂 2 9.585%, P 0 05), and in the training years, there was a significant difference in the score of only child (P 0 05).The scores of SAS anxiety in the group of training for 18 months and below were significantly higher than those in the group of 30 months or more, and the scores of anxiety in physical condition were significantly higher than those in the group of 30 months or more.The scores of training group in 18-30 months group were significantly higher than those in 30 months and more group (P 0.05). There was significant difference in the incidence rate of anxiety symptoms in sports dance special college students in the training years (蠂 2 + 8.276%, p 0.005 路3).There is a small difference in whether or not to be a regular partner, but there is no statistical significance.This study believes that sports dance special college students are the future strength of sports dance development, if they appear psychological problems and do not pay attention to and effective intervention, the development of sports dance will inevitably be seriously affected.Only by paying attention to and eliminating the anxiety state of sports dance students can we promote their healthy growth and realize the leap of sports dance teaching quality.
