【摘要】：正積極主動(dòng)我們真正可以掌控的唯一事物就是自己。對(duì)于日常生活的外部事物我們無(wú)法控制,比如我們無(wú)法控制天氣、交通,也無(wú)法控制督學(xué)何時(shí)到訪。我們所能控制的僅僅是我們對(duì)外部情況的應(yīng)對(duì)方式。堵車(chē)時(shí),我們也許會(huì)變得焦躁,但也可以調(diào)整關(guān)注的角度,去享受廣播中的音樂(lè)、規(guī)劃明天的活動(dòng)或者只是看看那些匆匆趕路的行人。關(guān)于天氣,我們應(yīng)該試著去理解風(fēng)雨交加的天氣對(duì)學(xué)生造成的影響,或許學(xué)生會(huì)比往常表現(xiàn)得更為"活躍",因此我們可以在開(kāi)始講課之
[Abstract]:The only thing we can really control is ourselves.We have no control over the external aspects of daily life, such as weather, traffic, or when inspectors visit.All we can control is the way we respond to the external situation.We may get irritable in traffic jams, but we can also adjust our focus to enjoy the music on the radio, to plan tomorrow's events, or just to look at the people who are in a hurry.With regard to the weather, we should try to understand the impact of the stormy weather on the students. Perhaps the students will be more "active" than usual, so we can begin our lectures
