【摘要】：高職院校要高度關(guān)注學(xué)生因為消極悲觀的自我評價、錯位缺失的發(fā)展目標(biāo)、內(nèi)外失調(diào)的價值追求、個人潛能難以施展所帶來的幸福感缺失問題,并在教育教學(xué)實踐中通過職業(yè)理想的確立,提高學(xué)生認(rèn)知幸福的能力;通過職業(yè)道德的提升,提高學(xué)生感悟幸福的能力;通過職業(yè)精神的培育,提高學(xué)生品味幸福的能力;通過技術(shù)技能的學(xué)習(xí),提高學(xué)生創(chuàng)造幸福的能力。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational colleges should pay close attention to the lack of happiness caused by students' negative and pessimistic self-evaluation, misplaced development goals, the value pursuit of internal and external maladjustment, and the lack of happiness caused by the difficulty of exerting their personal potential.In education and teaching practice, through the establishment of professional ideal, improve students' ability of cognitive happiness, through the promotion of professional ethics, improve the ability of students to realize happiness, through the cultivation of professional spirit, improve the ability of students to taste happiness.Through the study of technical skills, improve the students' ability to create happiness.
