廣州某高校留守經(jīng)歷大學(xué)新生心理健康及自殺傾向分析

【摘要】:目的多層面分析留守經(jīng)歷對(duì)留守個(gè)體成年后心理健康及自殺風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的影響,為高校"留守群體"干預(yù)工作提供參考。方法采用整群抽樣的方法,對(duì)廣州某高校曾留守大學(xué)新生965人、非留守大學(xué)新生2 164人進(jìn)行大學(xué)生人格問(wèn)卷UPI、自編留守問(wèn)卷測(cè)試。結(jié)果曾留守組嚴(yán)重心理問(wèn)題(A類)、一般心理問(wèn)題(B類)人群篩查率、自殺傾向百分比顯著高于非留守組(x~2=13.67,P0.01;x~2=6.269,P0.05),曾留守組UPI總分顯著高于非留守組(t=5.23,P0.001)。曾留守大學(xué)新生在UPI 4項(xiàng)指標(biāo)中以神經(jīng)癥癥狀為突出表現(xiàn)。不同性別、家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)情況、與外出父母聯(lián)系頻率的曾留守大學(xué)新生在UPI總分上差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論 "留守"是影響大學(xué)新生心理健康及自殺傾向的危險(xiǎn)性因素,高校應(yīng)結(jié)合留守個(gè)體的性別、家庭情況、留守經(jīng)歷,及時(shí)干預(yù)A類嚴(yán)重心理問(wèn)題及有自殺傾向的曾留守學(xué)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the influence of left-behind experience on mental health and suicide risk of left-behind individuals after adulthood, and to provide reference for the intervention of "left-behind group" in colleges and universities.Methods A total of 965 freshmen and 2,164 non-left-behind freshmen in a certain university in Guangzhou were tested by UPI-based personality questionnaire.Results the percentage of suicidal tendency was significantly higher in the group with severe psychological problems than that in the group with severe psychological problems (class A and group B). The total score of UPI in the former group was significantly higher than that in the control group (t 5.23, P 0.001), and the percentage of suicidal tendency was significantly higher in the former group than that in the non-left-behind group (P < 0.01), and the total score of UPI in the former group was significantly higher than that in the non-left-behind group (t 5.23 P 0.001).The symptoms of neurosis were prominent in the four indexes of UPI.There were significant differences in the total score of UPI among the former college freshmen with different gender, family economic situation, and the frequency of contact with their parents.Conclusion Left-behind is a risk factor affecting the mental health and suicidal tendency of freshmen.Timely intervention of class A serious psychological problems and suicidal tendency of former left-behind students.
