【摘要】：目的綜合評價我國高三學(xué)生高考前焦慮障礙檢出情況,為開展相關(guān)防治和控制工作提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法系統(tǒng)檢索CNKI,Wan Fang Data,VIP以及Science Direct,EBSCO-ASC+BSC,Pub Med Central,Springer數(shù)據(jù)庫,收集2002—2015年收錄的有關(guān)我國高三學(xué)生焦慮障礙的文獻,采用Meta分析合并發(fā)生率,并進行亞組分析,且對文獻進行發(fā)表偏倚和敏感性分析。結(jié)果共篩選出符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文獻20篇,總樣本量為13 662名高三學(xué)生,焦慮障礙合并檢出率為34%(95%CI=27%~42%,P0.01)。亞組分析結(jié)果顯示,我國高三學(xué)生焦慮障礙檢出率隨研究時間段的增加呈上升趨勢;高三學(xué)生輕度(23.37%)、中度(8.52%)、重度(1.65%)焦慮障礙檢出率呈梯度下降趨勢;女生焦慮障礙檢出率(30.94%)高于男生(23.26%);我國東部地區(qū)高三學(xué)生高考前焦慮障礙檢出率最高(38.35%),西部地區(qū)(29.81%)次之,中部地區(qū)(24.46%)最低;非隨機抽樣法高三學(xué)生高考前焦慮障礙檢出率(36.80%)高于隨機抽樣法(32.34%);考試焦慮量表(TAS)測出的結(jié)果(55.36%)高于焦慮自評量表(SAS)(23.54%)和其他量表(42.53%)。結(jié)論高三學(xué)生焦慮障礙檢出率高且呈上升趨勢,需進一步加強心理健康教育工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the detection of anxiety disorder in senior high school students before college entrance examination and provide scientific basis for prevention and control.Methods CNKI Wan Fang data VIP database and Science DirectOASC EBSCO-ASC EBSCO-ASC Med Central Med Springer database were searched systematically. The literatures about anxiety disorder of senior high school students in China from 2002 to 2015 were collected. The incidence rate of anxiety was analyzed by Meta, and subgroup analysis was carried out.The published bias and sensitivity of the literature were also analyzed.Results A total of 20 articles were selected, with a total sample size of 13 662 students in senior high school. The combined rate of anxiety disorder was 3495%.The results of subgroup analysis showed that the prevalence rate of anxiety disorder in senior high school students increased with the increase of the period of study, and that the detection rate of anxiety disorder in junior high school students showed a gradient downward trend with the increase of 23.37%, 8.52% and 1.65% respectively.The prevalence rate of anxiety disorder in girls (30.94) was higher than that in boys (23.26m), the rate of anxiety disorder (38.35%) was the highest in the east of China, the second was in the west (29.81%), and the lowest was in the central region (24.46%).The prevalence rate of anxiety disorder before college entrance examination by non-random sampling (36.80) was higher than that by random sampling (32.34); the test anxiety scale (TAS55.36) was higher than the self rating anxiety scale (SAS 23.54) and other scales (42.53).Conclusion the prevalence rate of anxiety disorder among the third grade students is high and the trend is on the rise. It is necessary to further strengthen the mental health education.
