創(chuàng)客教育視域下師范生信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力培養(yǎng)策略研究

【摘要】:創(chuàng)客教育作為新的教育形式走入大眾視野,如何在高校開(kāi)展適合學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的創(chuàng)新課程,成為今后保持教育適切性的挑戰(zhàn)。高等教育培養(yǎng)的學(xué)生不僅僅是要掌握自身專(zhuān)業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和技能,更重要的是能夠綜合運(yùn)用知識(shí)并自主創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用到實(shí)際生活中。對(duì)于師范生來(lái)說(shuō),需要解決的問(wèn)題是如何發(fā)展自身的信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力,適應(yīng)用人單位對(duì)人才的要求。目前,高等院校主要通過(guò)開(kāi)展《現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)》公共課這種“常態(tài)課”來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力的提升,通過(guò)有限的課時(shí)安排,實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生能力的發(fā)展,促進(jìn)創(chuàng)新能力的養(yǎng)成。文中基于對(duì)創(chuàng)客教育理念的理解,探究在“常態(tài)課”中實(shí)施的要素,筆者主要通過(guò)創(chuàng)設(shè)基于創(chuàng)客教育理念的課題項(xiàng)目等,促進(jìn)學(xué)生參與學(xué)習(xí),通過(guò)合理規(guī)劃安排,資源的重組,從而使學(xué)生能力得到極大的鍛煉,為職后的工作提供有效保障。本研究中主要采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、課堂觀察法。首先,進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)研究,理清有關(guān)創(chuàng)客教育相關(guān)研究的國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者的研究論點(diǎn),通過(guò)梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力相關(guān)研究,包括標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定和解讀。確定本文研究的理論依據(jù),定義筆者理解的創(chuàng)客教育等相關(guān)概念。其次,進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和訪談,設(shè)計(jì)合理的師范生信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力表現(xiàn)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,對(duì)師范生進(jìn)行調(diào)查,對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理分析,了解師范生信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力情況。問(wèn)卷調(diào)查一方面,小范圍初測(cè)是進(jìn)行對(duì)問(wèn)卷信度和效度的檢驗(yàn),另一方面大范圍正式測(cè)量是經(jīng)過(guò)初測(cè)環(huán)節(jié),確定各維度主要題目,進(jìn)一步為培養(yǎng)師范生信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力指明方向;針對(duì)小學(xué)一線教師進(jìn)行訪談?lì)}目設(shè)計(jì),了解信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用的需求和使用過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,為下文設(shè)計(jì)和構(gòu)建創(chuàng)客教育視域下的課程實(shí)施路徑提供現(xiàn)實(shí)要求。最后,通過(guò)構(gòu)建基于設(shè)計(jì)型的創(chuàng)客教育視域下的師范生信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力培養(yǎng)路徑,分析實(shí)施創(chuàng)客教育課程相關(guān)要素,以《現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)》公共課為例,進(jìn)行課堂觀察,選取兩個(gè)案例,針對(duì)課程的實(shí)施效果對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行訪談,了解學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中的感受和想法,提出提高師范生信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力的策略。
[Abstract]:As a new form of education, creative education has entered the public's field of vision. How to carry out innovative courses suitable for the cultivation of students' innovative ability in colleges and universities has become a challenge to maintain the appropriateness of education in the future.The students trained in higher education should not only master the basic knowledge and skills of their own major, but also be able to apply the knowledge comprehensively and apply their own innovation to the real life.For normal college students, the problem that needs to be solved is how to develop their own ability of applying information technology to meet the requirements of employers for talents.At present, colleges and universities mainly carry out the "normal course" of "Modern Educational Technology" as a "normal course" to enhance students' ability to apply information technology, and to achieve the development of students' ability through limited class hours.Promote the development of innovative ability.Based on the understanding of the idea of creative-guest education and the exploration of the elements in "normal class", the author mainly promotes students' participation in learning through the creation of subject items based on the idea of creating-guest education, through reasonable planning and arrangement, and the reorganization of resources.So that students' ability to get a great deal of exercise, for post-employment work to provide effective protection.This research mainly adopts literature research, questionnaire, interview and classroom observation.First of all, through the literature research, clarify the research arguments of scholars at home and abroad, through combing the domestic and foreign related information technology application ability related research, including the formulation and interpretation of standards.Confirm the theoretical basis of this study, define the author's understanding of the concept of Creator Education and other relevant concepts.Secondly, a questionnaire survey and interview are carried out, and a reasonable questionnaire is designed to investigate the performance of information technology application ability of normal school students, to investigate the data of normal school students, and to understand the information technology application ability of normal school students.On the one hand, on the one hand, the small-scale initial test is to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, on the other hand, the large-scale formal measurement is to determine the main topics of each dimension after the initial measurement.Further, it points out the direction for training the ability of applying information technology to normal school students, designs interview topics for primary school teachers, and understands the needs of the application of information technology and the problems existing in the process of using it.It provides practical requirements for the design and construction of curriculum implementation path from the perspective of creative-oriented education.Finally, through constructing the training path of normal students' ability of applying information technology in the field of creative education based on design type, this paper analyzes the relevant elements of implementing the curriculum of creative-guest education, taking "Modern Educational Technology" as an example, carries on classroom observation.Two cases were selected to interview the students in view of the effect of curriculum implementation, to understand the students' feelings and ideas in the process of learning, and to put forward strategies to improve the ability of applying information technology to normal college students.
