論教師專業(yè)發(fā)展中的問題感受性

【摘要】:教師專業(yè)發(fā)展是教師在教育教學(xué)實踐中借助不斷提升的專業(yè)感受性覺察問題、解決問題及調(diào)控實踐活動的過程。專業(yè)感受性不僅是教育問題的感受器,同時也是教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的推進(jìn)與調(diào)控器。對教師專業(yè)感受性從其內(nèi)涵、重要性、影響因素、形成路徑等方面進(jìn)行深入研究對提升教師專業(yè)素養(yǎng)甚至教育質(zhì)量具有重要啟示。
[Abstract]:Teachers' professional development is a process in which teachers solve problems and regulate practical activities with the help of increasing professional perception in teaching practice.Professional receptivity is not only the receptor of educational problems, but also the promoter and regulator of teachers' professional development.The in-depth study of teachers' professional receptivity from its connotation, importance, influencing factors, forming path and so on has important enlightenment to improve teachers' professional accomplishment and even the quality of education.
