本土化視野下的坦桑尼亞教學(xué)語言問題

【摘要】:獨(dú)立至今,坦桑尼亞未曾經(jīng)歷過劇烈的社會(huì)、政局動(dòng)蕩,也不存在尖銳的民族、種族矛盾,國內(nèi)局勢相對平穩(wěn),作為族際通用語的斯瓦希里語功不可沒。然而,當(dāng)下坦桑尼亞正在逐步遠(yuǎn)離建國初期的"斯瓦希里化"夢想,英語和斯瓦希里語在教育領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的博弈引發(fā)了席卷全國的教學(xué)語言危機(jī)。在多股力量的共同作用下,斯瓦希里語的發(fā)展?jié)u趨遲緩,教育本土化大業(yè)漸被侵蝕。在英語日益全球化的背景下,語言政治化、精神殖民化、教育精英化等趨勢嚴(yán)重阻礙了坦桑尼亞擴(kuò)展斯瓦希里語教學(xué)語言職能的多次嘗試。英語與斯瓦希里語在坦桑尼亞的角逐也是后殖民非洲國家中語言地位級差的一個(gè)縮影。
[Abstract]:Since its independence, Tanzania has not experienced violent social, political turmoil, sharp ethnic and ethnic contradictions, and the domestic situation is relatively stable. The Sri Shiri language, as an inter-ethnic language, has not been spared. However, Tanzania is now moving away from the "Kiswa-#internal_person0#" dream of the early days of its founding. The game between English and Swa_person1# in the field of education has triggered a crisis in the language of instruction that has swept the country. Under the joint action of many forces, The development of Kiswa-#internal_person0# language has slowed down, and the great cause of localization of education has been gradually eroded. In the context of the increasing globalization of English, the language is politicized and the spirit is colonized. Educational excellence and other trends have seriously hindered Tanzania's attempts to expand the language function of Swah#internal_person0#. The rivalry between English and Swa Shiri in Tanzania is also a microcosm of the difference in language status among post-colonial African countries.
