初中生負(fù)性生活事件、元情緒及生活滿意度的相關(guān)研究

【摘要】:初中生作為一群特殊的青年群體,學(xué)習(xí)壓力大、師生關(guān)系緊張等客觀外在負(fù)性事件已成為他們生活中不可避免的部分,由此引發(fā)許多心理健康問題,進而影響其幸福感,在生活事件不可避免的情勢下,人們的情緒態(tài)度及處理能力決定了其在面對生活事件時的心理狀態(tài);元情緒作為情緒智力的引申,是一種積極的內(nèi)部心理狀態(tài),是個人在應(yīng)激情境中對自我及他人情緒進行認(rèn)知反應(yīng)的一種情感動態(tài)過程,是調(diào)節(jié)自身情緒活動變化的心理機制,從某種程度上來說,元情緒的高低在應(yīng)對某些負(fù)性生活事件中發(fā)揮了重要作用,培養(yǎng)個體的元情緒能力對改善初中生的身心健康狀況具有重要意義,因此,本文將同時從內(nèi)部因素和外部因素兩個方面考察,探索初中生負(fù)性生活事件、元情緒及生活滿意度的關(guān)系;本研究的研究對象為400名初中生,采用的研究方法包括文獻法、調(diào)查問卷法以及統(tǒng)計分析法,主要調(diào)查問卷涉及《青少年自評生活事件量表》《中學(xué)生元情緒量表》及《生活滿意度量表》;研究結(jié)果表明:(1)人際關(guān)系和學(xué)習(xí)壓力是初中階段面臨的主要生活事件,其中男生受影響程度高于女生,初三學(xué)生受影響程度高于初一初二學(xué)生;(2)初中生元情緒總體均值為124.68,略高于問卷均值119,說明初中生的元情緒處于中上水平,其中城市初中生得分高于農(nóng)村初中生;(3)生活滿意度均值為126.54,得分低于總問卷中間值144,總體處于中等偏下水平,其中城市初中生幸福感高于農(nóng)村初中生,獨生子女幸福感高于非獨生子女;(4)在相關(guān)研究中發(fā)現(xiàn),初中生負(fù)性生活事件與生活滿意度間在p=0.01水平上存在顯著負(fù)相關(guān),負(fù)性生活事件與元情緒存在P=0.01水平的負(fù)相關(guān),元情緒與生活滿意度存在P=0.01水平的正相關(guān),生活事件及元情緒對生活滿意度有預(yù)測作用;(5)在中介效應(yīng)檢驗中發(fā)現(xiàn),由負(fù)性生活事件引起的生活滿意的變異69.5%是通過元情緒來中介的,元情緒能夠緩沖負(fù)性生活事件對生活滿意度的影響。綜上所述,在初中生負(fù)性生活事件、元情緒及生活滿意度的研究中我們發(fā)現(xiàn),任意兩變量在總分之間都存在相關(guān)關(guān)系,且相關(guān)程度都達到了極其顯著水平,其中,元情緒在負(fù)性生活事件與生活滿意中起部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:As a special group of young people, junior high school students have become an inevitable part of their life with negative external events, such as high learning pressure and tension between teachers and students, which lead to many mental health problems, and then affect their happiness. In the inevitable situation of life events, people's emotional attitude and handling ability determine their psychological state in the face of life events, meta-emotion, as an extension of emotional intelligence, is a positive internal psychological state. It is an emotional dynamic process in which individuals react to the emotions of themselves and others in stress situations. It is a psychological mechanism to regulate the changes of their emotional activities, to a certain extent, The level of meta-emotion plays an important role in dealing with some negative life events. It is of great significance to cultivate individual meta-emotional ability to improve the physical and mental health of junior high school students. This paper will explore the relationship among negative life events, meta-emotion and life satisfaction of junior high school students from both internal and external factors. Questionnaire and statistical analysis, The main questionnaires included the Self-Rating Life events scale for adolescents, the Meta-emotional scale for Middle School students and the Life satisfaction scale. The results showed that interpersonal relationships and learning stress were the main life events in junior high school. The influence degree of male students is higher than that of girls, and the influence degree of junior high school students is higher than that of second grade students.) the overall mean of meta-emotion of junior high school students is 124.68, which is slightly higher than the average of questionnaire, indicating that the meta-emotion of junior high school students is in the middle and upper level. The average score of urban junior high school students' life satisfaction was 126.54, which was lower than the middle value of the total questionnaire 144, and the urban junior high school students' well-being was higher than that of rural junior high school students. There was a significant negative correlation between negative life events and life satisfaction in junior high school students, and a negative correlation between negative life events and meta-emotion. There was a positive correlation between meta-emotion and life satisfaction (P < 0.01). Life events and meta-emotions had a predictive effect on life satisfaction. 69.5% of the variation of life satisfaction caused by negative life events is mediated by meta-emotion, which can buffer the influence of negative life events on life satisfaction. In the study of meta-emotion and life satisfaction, we found that any two variables are correlated with the total score, and the degree of correlation has reached an extremely significant level, among which, Meta-emotion plays an intermediary role in negative life events and life satisfaction.
