【摘要】：2015年底,國務(wù)院印發(fā)《統(tǒng)籌推進世界一流大學(xué)和一流學(xué)科建設(shè)總體方案》,高校發(fā)展開啟了新局面。“雙一流”建設(shè)要實現(xiàn)我國由高等教育“大國”向“強國”的跨越。另一方面,我國高等教育日趨大眾化,各高校紛紛加大建設(shè)量以滿足新時期校園空間需求的膨脹。為此,未來我國高等教育對高校類建筑“量”的需求會逐年增大,而且對“質(zhì)”的要求也水漲船高。高校擔(dān)負著為社會培養(yǎng)人才的使命,是民族大義之所在。高校教學(xué)建筑發(fā)展到今天已經(jīng)不單單是具備教學(xué)功能的普通公建,它具有多個維度的多重價值屬性。如何在高校建設(shè)中準確把握建筑主導(dǎo)的價值取向,使高校的精神、高校的文化以及高校的歷史文脈得以延續(xù)也成為了高校建設(shè)的目標之一。建構(gòu)理論認為建筑是通過對建筑材料的選擇與運用、結(jié)構(gòu)的選型與設(shè)計、空間的營造與組合等建構(gòu)要素的建造來實現(xiàn)建筑價值和表達建筑情感的。具有技術(shù)和精神雙重層面的內(nèi)涵。在技術(shù)層面上:它關(guān)注的是材料、結(jié)構(gòu)和空間等建構(gòu)的要素,注重建造的邏輯性和建材的本質(zhì)屬性。在精神層面上:建構(gòu)的研究還包含了歷史人文、藝術(shù)美學(xué)以及地域風(fēng)俗等多個交叉學(xué)科的內(nèi)容。因此,基于建構(gòu)理論對建筑設(shè)計進行研究,可以更全面的把握建筑的價值屬性,將建筑主導(dǎo)的價值因素從復(fù)雜的建設(shè)背景中發(fā)掘出來,使這些價值取向在建構(gòu)策略的運用中得以凸顯。高校建筑價值屬性是多元的,基于建構(gòu)研究高校建筑具有理論研究價值。論文第一章,以建構(gòu)理論為線索,對建構(gòu)理論進行了釋義,并從背景中提出了我國高校教學(xué)建筑面臨問題,說明了基于建構(gòu)理論研究高校教學(xué)建筑的理論意義。在之后的第二章,首先,闡述了建構(gòu)理論對今天建筑設(shè)計的影響,并基于建構(gòu)對建筑的價值屬性進行了剖析。然后,結(jié)合高校特點,歸納了高校教學(xué)建筑更加側(cè)重的建筑價值取向。最后,通過闡述和研究總結(jié)了高校教學(xué)建筑價值取向(取決于各個高校不同的屬性、規(guī)模、辦學(xué)歷史等要素)對其建構(gòu)要素的影響。第三章基于上文歸納的高校教學(xué)建筑的價值取向,針對建構(gòu)理論所關(guān)注的建構(gòu)要素(材料、空間、結(jié)構(gòu)等)分別總結(jié)了材料的材料的選擇與運用、結(jié)構(gòu)的選型與設(shè)計、空間的營造與組合等設(shè)計策略。接著第四章以實踐設(shè)計為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合北京教育學(xué)院建筑改造項目,將上一章節(jié)總結(jié)的各個建構(gòu)要素的設(shè)計策略用實踐的方法驗證展示。最后總結(jié):基于本文各章節(jié)的分析研究做出總結(jié),并展望了本文繼續(xù)深入研究需要努力的方向。最終希望研究成果能以建構(gòu)的思維模式對今后高校教學(xué)建筑的設(shè)計實踐有所參考和啟示。
[Abstract]:At the end of 2015, the State Council issued the "overall Plan for promoting the Construction of the World's First-class Universities and First-class disciplines", which opened a new situation for the development of higher education. The construction of "double first-class" will bring about a leap from a "big country" of higher education to a "powerful country." on the other hand, With the popularization of higher education in our country, colleges and universities increase the amount of construction in order to meet the expansion of campus space demand in the new era. Therefore, the demand for "quantity" of higher education in our country will increase year by year. Moreover, the demand for "quality" is also rising. Colleges and universities are charged with the mission of training talents for society and are the place of great national righteousness. The development of teaching buildings in colleges and universities today is not just a common public building with teaching functions. It has multiple value attributes of many dimensions. How to accurately grasp the value orientation dominated by architecture in the construction of colleges and universities, so as to make the spirit of colleges and universities, The culture of colleges and universities and the historical context of colleges and universities have also become one of the goals of university construction. Construction theory holds that architecture is through the selection and application of building materials, the selection and design of structures. The construction of construction elements, such as the construction and combination of space, to realize the architectural value and express architectural feelings. It has the connotation of both technology and spirit. On the technical level, it pays attention to the elements of construction, such as material, structure and space, etc. Pay attention to the logic of construction and the essential attribute of building materials. On the spiritual level: the study of construction also includes the contents of history, humanities, art aesthetics and regional customs and so on. To study architectural design based on the theory of construction, we can grasp the value attribute of architecture more comprehensively, and excavate the value factor of building leading from the complex construction background. So that these value orientations can be highlighted in the application of construction strategy. The value attribute of university architecture is pluralistic, and it has theoretical research value based on constructional research. Chapter one of the thesis takes the construction theory as the clue. This paper interprets the construction theory, and puts forward the problems facing the teaching buildings in colleges and universities in China from the background, and explains the theoretical significance of studying the teaching buildings in colleges and universities based on the construction theory. This paper expounds the influence of the construction theory on the architectural design today, and analyzes the value attribute of the architecture based on the construction. Then, combined with the characteristics of colleges and universities, the author summarizes the architectural value orientation of the teaching architecture in colleges and universities. This paper expounds and summarizes the influence of the value orientation of teaching architecture in colleges and universities (depending on the different attributes, scale, history of running a school, etc.) on its construction elements. Chapter three is based on the value orientation of teaching buildings in colleges and universities summarized above. The selection and application of materials, the selection and design of structures, and the selection and design of materials are summarized respectively in view of the elements of construction (material, space, structure, etc.) which are concerned by the theory of construction. The fourth chapter is based on the practical design, combined with the Beijing Institute of Education Architectural renovation Project, The design strategies of each construction element summarized in the previous chapter are verified by practical methods. Finally, the conclusion is made based on the analysis and research of each chapter of this paper. Finally, it is hoped that the research results can be used as a reference and inspiration to the design practice of teaching buildings in colleges and universities in the future.
