【摘要】：本研究旨在嘗試探尋一種有效、易行的教學(xué)模式,以幫助廣大職前教師(以師范生為主)、新手教師更好地適應(yīng)一線教學(xué)工作,提升學(xué)科專業(yè)技能。本次研究綜合運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)研究、行動(dòng)研究、量化研究這三種方法。進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)研究時(shí),先以文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量手法分別對(duì)CNKI總庫中有關(guān)“微格教學(xué)”、“微課”主題的現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)的外部特征進(jìn)行初步地歸納整理。之后通過構(gòu)建共詞矩陣,以完成對(duì)“微格教學(xué)”、“微課”二領(lǐng)域內(nèi)部研究結(jié)構(gòu)的分析。行動(dòng)研究階段主要完成三項(xiàng)任務(wù),其一使用漢王微課寶設(shè)備、Camtasia Studio視頻錄制、編輯軟件、IMindMap概念圖軟件等制作微課視屏。其二利用批量更名軟件RenamePro8將制作好的微視頻編碼,再發(fā)布到優(yōu)酷、YouTube這兩大視頻主題網(wǎng)站上,同時(shí)配合微信公眾號(hào)以推送與微課課程內(nèi)容、制作方式相關(guān)的資料。其三通過上述自媒體平臺(tái)的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)功能,獲取微課視屏被播放的次數(shù)、觀眾評(píng)論等數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo)。在進(jìn)行第三步時(shí),首先通過對(duì)專家訪談與相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的查閱,大致明晰對(duì)高中微課的評(píng)價(jià)方向及維度。其次基于層次分析法確立高中數(shù)學(xué)微課各評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重。之后再次邀請(qǐng)5位中學(xué)一線教師利用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)本次制作的192個(gè)微課視頻中的10個(gè)樣本進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)打分。最后比較五名教師的評(píng)分結(jié)果結(jié)合具體樣本內(nèi)容進(jìn)行解釋,吸取相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)作出總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to explore an effective and feasible teaching model to help the majority of pre-service teachers (mainly normal school students, novice teachers better adapt to front-line teaching work). To improve the professional skills of disciplines. This study uses three methods: literature research, action research and quantitative research. In this paper, the external characteristics of the existing documents on the subject of "microteaching" and "micro-lesson" in the CNKI matrix are summarized and sorted by literature metrology, and then the common word matrix is constructed. In order to complete the analysis of the internal research structure in the two fields of "microteaching" and "micro-lesson", the operational research stage mainly completes three tasks. First, it uses the Han Wang micro-lesson treasure equipment to record the video of Camtasia Studio. The editing software, such as IMindMap concept map software, is used to create video screens for microcourses. Secondly, RenamePro8, a batch renaming software, is used to code microvideos and post them to Youku YouTube, two major video theme sites. At the same time, with the help of Official account of WeChat, we can push the materials related to the content and the way of production of the micro-course. Third, through the data statistics function of the self-media platform mentioned above, we can obtain the number of times that the micro-lesson video is played. Data indicators such as audience comments. In the third step, first of all, through the expert interviews and related literature review, Secondly, based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the weight of each evaluation index of mathematics microclass in senior high school was established. Then five teachers were invited again to use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the microcourse in senior high school. Ten samples of 192 microcourse videos were made to evaluate and score. Finally, the results of five teachers were compared with specific sample content to explain.
