國(guó)培計(jì)劃教師培訓(xùn)專(zhuān)家與學(xué)員的立場(chǎng)理念沖突問(wèn)題解析

【摘要】:國(guó)培計(jì)劃已經(jīng)實(shí)施六年,就各省市的評(píng)估報(bào)告來(lái)看,學(xué)科教師教育專(zhuān)家與作為學(xué)員的中小學(xué)教師始終存在立場(chǎng)和理念沖突。學(xué)員認(rèn)為,專(zhuān)家授課高屋建瓴、高空作業(yè),缺乏中小學(xué)教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn),理念性、理論性、知識(shí)性?xún)?nèi)容過(guò)多,部分受訓(xùn)教師學(xué)習(xí)興趣不足。而專(zhuān)家們則認(rèn)為,中小學(xué)教師因?yàn)樗幁h(huán)境限制,專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展動(dòng)力不足,遷移能力欠缺。如果一味迎合,不但難以完成培訓(xùn)任務(wù),反而會(huì)將專(zhuān)家思維固著化。培訓(xùn)的目的就是學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)代教育理念,提高教學(xué)現(xiàn)代水平。
[Abstract]:National training plan has been implemented for six years, the provinces assessment report, teacher education experts and students as teachers always present position and philosophy conflict. Students think that expert instruction high-altitude operations, the lack of sweep down irresistibly from a commanding height, teaching experience, School of philosophy, theory of knowledge, the content is too much, some training teachers' lack of interest in learning. But experts say, primary and secondary school teachers because of the environmental restriction, power shortage of professional development, migration ability. If we blindly cater not only to complete the training task, it will be fixed. The expert thinking training is to learn the concept of modern education, improve the level of modern teaching.
