【摘要】：積極心理學(xué)的發(fā)展引起了研究者對(duì)積極心理狀態(tài)和積極心理力量的廣泛關(guān)注。心理資本是個(gè)體在成長(zhǎng)和發(fā)展過程中表現(xiàn)出來的一種積極心理力量,也是促進(jìn)個(gè)體成長(zhǎng)的積極心理資源,對(duì)個(gè)體心理健康、事業(yè)、婚姻和人際關(guān)系的影響深遠(yuǎn)。雖然國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)心理資本的理論與實(shí)證研究已經(jīng)取得了豐碩的成果,特別是以組織情境下的員工及在校大學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象的探討更是不勝枚舉,涉及到心理資本的理論基礎(chǔ)、概念、結(jié)構(gòu)、測(cè)量、結(jié)果變量、中介變量以及與其他相關(guān)變量的關(guān)系等多個(gè)方面,但是心理資本影響因素的實(shí)證研究尚不多見,尤其缺少個(gè)體的心理特征和人格特征等因素的探討。因此本研究以情緒智力為切入點(diǎn),探討情緒智力對(duì)心理資本的影響,分析社會(huì)支持與自尊在情緒智力與心理資本間的多重中介作用,并且通過縱向研究設(shè)計(jì)和交叉滯后分析,探明情緒智力與心理資本的準(zhǔn)因果關(guān)系。目前以青少年學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象的心理資本研究尚處于初步探索階段,為了豐富青少年學(xué)生心理資本的研究,促進(jìn)青少年心理健康教育工作的開展,本研究以初中生和高中生為研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行探討。本研究得出以下重要結(jié)論:1.修訂后的《青少年學(xué)生心理資本問卷》信效度良好,可有效測(cè)查青少年學(xué)生的心理資本水平;2.女生情緒智力水平顯著高于男生,情緒智力隨年級(jí)的增加呈提升的趨勢(shì),民主型教養(yǎng)方式青少年的情緒智力顯著高于權(quán)威型、溺愛型和冷漠型,權(quán)威型和冷漠型顯著高于溺愛型;溺愛型教養(yǎng)方式青少年的社會(huì)支持顯著高于民主型、權(quán)威型和冷漠型,民主型顯著高于權(quán)威型和冷漠型,權(quán)威型顯著高于冷漠型;男生的自尊水平顯著高于女生,民主型和溺愛型教養(yǎng)方式青少年的自尊顯著高于權(quán)威型和冷漠型,權(quán)威型顯著高于冷漠型;男生心理資本水平顯著高于女生,青少年心理資本水平隨年級(jí)增加而提高,民主型教養(yǎng)方式青少年的心理資本顯著高于權(quán)威型、溺愛型和冷漠型,權(quán)威型和溺愛型顯著高于冷漠型;3.社會(huì)支持和自尊在青少年情緒智力與心理資本間發(fā)揮多重中介作用;4.情緒智力是青少年心理資本發(fā)展的重要影響因素。本研究結(jié)合橫向與縱向研究,分析社會(huì)支持和自尊在青少年情緒智力與心理資本間的作用,研究結(jié)論合理、有效地利用與推廣有利于指導(dǎo)青少年心理健康教育,提升青少年學(xué)生的心理健康水平和心理資本水平。
[Abstract]:The development of positive psychology has aroused the researchers' widespread concern about the positive psychological state and the positive psychological force. Psychological capital is a kind of positive psychological force that the individual shows in the process of growth and development. It is also a positive psychological resource to promote individual growth, which has a profound impact on individual mental health, career, marriage and interpersonal relationships. Although theoretical and empirical research on psychological capital at home and abroad has achieved fruitful results, In particular, the study of employees and college students in the organizational context is innumerable, involving the theoretical basis, concept, structure, measurement, outcome variables of psychological capital. Intermediary variables and the relationship with other related variables, etc., but the empirical research on the influencing factors of psychological capital is still rare. In particular, there is a lack of individual psychological characteristics and personality characteristics, so this study takes emotional intelligence as a starting point to explore the influence of emotional intelligence on psychological capital. This paper analyzes the multi-mediating role of social support and self-esteem in emotional intelligence and psychological capital, and through longitudinal research design and cross-lag analysis, To find out the quasi-causal relationship between emotional intelligence and psychological capital. At present, the study of psychological capital, which takes young students as the object of study, is still in a preliminary stage of exploration, in order to enrich the study of adolescent students' psychological capital, To promote the development of mental health education for adolescents, this study takes junior high school students and high school students as the research objects. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.The reliability and validity of the revised Psychological Capital questionnaire for Young students are good. 2. The level of emotional intelligence of female students is significantly higher than that of boys, and the emotional intelligence of girls is increasing with the increase of grade, and the emotional intelligence of young people with democratic rearing style is significantly higher than that of authoritative ones. Doting and apathy, authority and apathy were significantly higher than those of doting, and the social support of doting juvenile was significantly higher than that of democracy, authority and apathy, and democracy was significantly higher than authority and indifference. The level of self-esteem of boys was significantly higher than that of girls, and the self-esteem of adolescents with democratic and indulgent rearing style was significantly higher than that of authoritative and apathetic adolescents, and that of authoritative ones was significantly higher than that of apathy. The level of psychological capital of boys was significantly higher than that of girls. The level of psychological capital of adolescents increased with the increase of grade. The psychological capital of young people with democratic rearing style was significantly higher than that of authoritative type, doting type and apathy type. 3. Social support and self-esteem play an important intermediary role between adolescent emotional intelligence and psychological capital. Emotional intelligence is an important factor in the development of adolescent psychological capital. Combining horizontal and longitudinal studies, This paper analyzes the role of social support and self-esteem in the relationship between emotional intelligence and psychological capital of adolescents. The conclusion of the study is reasonable and effective utilization and promotion is helpful to guide the mental health education of adolescents. Improve the level of mental health and mental capital of adolescent students.
