論生產(chǎn)性師生關(guān)系及其建構(gòu)

【摘要】:教師和學(xué)生是教育教學(xué)實踐中最主要的矛盾主體,構(gòu)成學(xué)校最主要的人際關(guān)系,因此,師生關(guān)系一直是教育學(xué)界長盛不衰、歷久彌新的話題。然而,師生關(guān)系的平穩(wěn)、健康發(fā)展,需要多方面因素的支撐。隨著經(jīng)濟社會的飛速進步,人們的生活充滿了各種激烈的競爭與壓力,充斥功名利祿、物欲橫流的社會導(dǎo)致人對物質(zhì)出現(xiàn)了前所未有的強烈欲求,甚至逐漸轉(zhuǎn)嫁到了對人的占有。人們的生活喪失原有的溫情,變得麻木和死板,人的生命價值無法具體臨現(xiàn),人與人的交往變成了 “物物交往”。盛行的“占有”風(fēng)氣滲透當(dāng)下的教育,使得師生關(guān)系變得占有化、利益化、冷漠化。在教育教學(xué)活動中,一些教師為了提高工作效率,快速培養(yǎng)“高分”學(xué)生,爭取更多的利益,一味地對學(xué)生實行“滿堂灌”式的教育方式,完全忽略了學(xué)生作為人的存在。學(xué)生在毫無生氣的教育中只學(xué)會了為了爭取高分“掠奪”知識而非領(lǐng)會知識,認(rèn)為學(xué)習(xí)不過是一種占有成功的工具。長此以往,師生關(guān)系情感淡漠,教師的職業(yè)動力不足,學(xué)生的創(chuàng)造力和自我實現(xiàn)力下降甚至喪失,不利于師生的個體發(fā)展,教育事業(yè)難以為繼。在占有式師生關(guān)系里,教師與學(xué)生的發(fā)展是停滯,甚至是萎縮的,人們開始渴望建立能夠讓師生在教育關(guān)系中重塑鮮活個體,實現(xiàn)共生發(fā)展的交往模式,一種“共生型”、“生產(chǎn)性”理念悄然進入教育視野,構(gòu)建新型的師生關(guān)系成為亟需迫切解決的課題。生產(chǎn)性師生關(guān)系是本文建構(gòu)的理想師生關(guān)系。弗洛姆認(rèn)為“生產(chǎn)性”是人運用自己的力量對自己的潛能的實現(xiàn)的特性。在他看來,具有生產(chǎn)性人格的人不僅具有較強的能動性,還能不斷實現(xiàn)自身的潛能與創(chuàng)造力,使人的自我發(fā)展更加完善。生產(chǎn)性的愛則是對對方潛能的一種認(rèn)可,即不斷地對對方進行給予、尊重、認(rèn)識、關(guān)心,當(dāng)然也包含著責(zé)任。通過這些愛的表達促進人與人之間情感的親密性,也促進自我與他人的發(fā)展。教師如果一味地以不合理的權(quán)威占有學(xué)生,對學(xué)生進行知識灌輸,那么他的教學(xué)工作則會變得蒼白無力,他所投放的知識的“石子”無法激起學(xué)生好奇心的“漪漣”,也就自然使他們的學(xué)習(xí)生活變得毫無生氣,失去應(yīng)有的創(chuàng)新思維。生產(chǎn)性的師生關(guān)系就在于要求教師對學(xué)生施以生產(chǎn)性的師愛,讓教師和學(xué)生在生產(chǎn)性的師生關(guān)系中,使學(xué)生的潛能在教師的激勵下得到實現(xiàn),在教師的呵護中更懂得關(guān)愛他人,同時也讓教師提高自我職業(yè)價值認(rèn)同,這是關(guān)懷師生雙方人性解放和發(fā)展的過程。總的來說生產(chǎn)性師生關(guān)系具有交融性、關(guān)懷性、精神性和共生性,這樣的師生關(guān)系使單向的、死板的占有式師生關(guān)系變成雙向流動的動態(tài)師生關(guān)系,在師生和諧相處,共同發(fā)展中關(guān)照教師與學(xué)生的生命價值。為了構(gòu)建生產(chǎn)性師生關(guān)系,本文試圖提出了可行性構(gòu)建策略,包括培養(yǎng)教師的“生產(chǎn)性”理念,提高教師專業(yè)素質(zhì),增強教師關(guān)心、組織、管理能力;創(chuàng)建生產(chǎn)性校園文化環(huán)境;從教育目標(biāo)、課程設(shè)置以及評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的改革構(gòu)建生產(chǎn)性師生關(guān)系的制度條件;等途徑進行入手,以期能為學(xué)校教育構(gòu)建新型師生關(guān)系帶來啟示。

People's lives lose warmth, become numb and rigid, the value of human life can not be the specific presence, interaction between people a "physical contact". The prevalence of the "possession" atmosphere permeated the current education, which has become of interest, the relationship between teachers and students, indifference. In teaching activities, a Some teachers in order to improve work efficiency, rapid cultivation of "high" students, strive for more interests, blindly implement "cramming" education on students, completely ignore the students as human existence. Students in a lifeless education only learned how to win the high points "plunder" knowledge rather than knowledge however, that learning is a successful tool. If things go on like this holds the relationship between teachers and students, emotional indifference, lack of occupation power of teachers, students' creativity and self realization of force is decreased or even lost, the individual is not conducive to the development of teachers and students, education in the possessive relationship between teachers and students. Difficult to continue, the development of teachers and students is stagnant, even atrophy, people began to aspire to establish to let the students reshape the fresh individual in education in the relationship, realize the symbiotic development of the communication mode, a kind of "symbiosis", "production" concept quietly However, in view of education, the construction of a new teacher-student relationship has become an urgent problem to be solved urgently in production. The relationship between teachers and students is an ideal teacher-student relationship is constructed. Fromm believes that the "production" is the use of their power to achieve their potential characteristics. In his view, with the production of personality not only has the activity strong, can continue to achieve their potential and creativity, make people's self development more perfect. The production of love is a kind of recognition of each other's potential, is constantly on the other side were given, respect, understanding, caring, certainly including responsibility. Through the expression of these love fosters intimate emotion between people, but also promote the development of teachers' self and others.
