人學(xué)視域中的思想政治教育問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:在當(dāng)今新的社會(huì)發(fā)展形勢(shì)下,人們對(duì)于主體性表達(dá)、自我實(shí)現(xiàn)和個(gè)性解放的渴望和追求越來(lái)越強(qiáng)烈,如何在這樣的背景中加強(qiáng)和推進(jìn)思想政治教育的理論創(chuàng)新,并使之成為我國(guó)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的重要智力支撐,是維護(hù)社會(huì)和諧穩(wěn)定,促進(jìn)人的自由全面發(fā)展的重要前提。堅(jiān)持以問(wèn)題為導(dǎo)向,深入分析實(shí)踐中存在的問(wèn)題,并提出相應(yīng)的解決方案,是推動(dòng)思想政治教育發(fā)展的題中之義。而以馬克思主義人學(xué)作為研究的理論基礎(chǔ),不僅能夠厘清思想政治教育各要素之間的關(guān)系,從源頭找出問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因,而且可以促進(jìn)思想政治教育貼近人的現(xiàn)實(shí)生活,使其真正走進(jìn)人的內(nèi)心世界。基于此,為了探尋思想政治教育問(wèn)題的解決方案,可以結(jié)合馬克思主義人學(xué)關(guān)于人的主體性、人的需要、人的個(gè)性和人的發(fā)展等方面開展深入研究,從而明確思想政治教育人性化的基本要求,進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)教育實(shí)踐向以人為本靠攏,創(chuàng)新并完善思想政治教育現(xiàn)有的方法手段和運(yùn)行機(jī)制。論文的重點(diǎn)在于從人學(xué)視角展開對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題的反思,歸納并總結(jié)問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因和解決路徑,同時(shí)關(guān)于社會(huì)思潮對(duì)思想政治教育的影響、意識(shí)形態(tài)安全和認(rèn)同危機(jī)等熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題的研究進(jìn)行了初步的探討,對(duì)以往研究中討論較多但存在歧義的問(wèn)題,如思想政治教育的主客體關(guān)系等,通過(guò)辨析和整合提出新的見解,力圖實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)思想政治教育問(wèn)題研究的補(bǔ)充和擴(kuò)展。從邏輯關(guān)系上劃分,本論文主要分為以下三個(gè)部分:第一部分是論文的第一、二章,主要闡釋人學(xué)與思想政治教育的關(guān)系。內(nèi)容包括思想政治教育的內(nèi)涵和外延,馬克思主義人學(xué)在國(guó)內(nèi)的發(fā)展歷程,思想政治教育的馬克思主義人學(xué)基礎(chǔ),以及人學(xué)理論的發(fā)展對(duì)思想政治教育產(chǎn)生的作用和影響。第二部分是論文的第三、四章,主要是對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題的分析與總結(jié)。根據(jù)思想政治教育的構(gòu)成要素把實(shí)踐過(guò)程中存在的突出問(wèn)題歸納為主體、客體、過(guò)程和環(huán)境的問(wèn)題。主體方面存在的問(wèn)題,突出表現(xiàn)在教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng)中人的個(gè)性特征被壓制,人的精神需要未能得到滿足和社會(huì)熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題被忽視等;客體方面的問(wèn)題,突出表現(xiàn)為受教育者的主動(dòng)性不強(qiáng)和客體主體化作用的發(fā)揮受限制;過(guò)程方面的問(wèn)題,表現(xiàn)在方案制定、具體實(shí)施和效果評(píng)估等三個(gè)方面;而環(huán)境方面主要是思想政治教育生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的問(wèn)題和意識(shí)形態(tài)安全問(wèn)題。緊接著論文的第四章從主體的弱化、客體的認(rèn)同危機(jī)、過(guò)程的系統(tǒng)性缺陷和環(huán)境的復(fù)雜化四個(gè)方面總結(jié)問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的深層原因。第三部分是論文的第五、六章,探討解決思想政治教育問(wèn)題的具體對(duì)策。從人的主體性、人的精神需要、人的個(gè)性特征、人的全面發(fā)展等四個(gè)方面明確馬克思主義人學(xué)對(duì)思想政治教育的基本要求,以人性化為核心,探討解決現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題的實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑,從理念、原則、環(huán)境、方法和機(jī)制等五個(gè)方面對(duì)思想政治教育予以補(bǔ)充和完善。一言以蔽之,從馬克思主義人學(xué)的角度入手,找出現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題的解決方法,既推進(jìn)了理論的創(chuàng)新,又切實(shí)解決了教育實(shí)踐中存在的突出問(wèn)題,為豐富教育內(nèi)容、創(chuàng)新教育方法提供了新的思路,為理論的進(jìn)一步充實(shí)和拓展創(chuàng)造了良好的條件。
