【摘要】:正本人曾在微信中求教,為何教育專家與醫(yī)生、法律等行業(yè)的專家不同,比如,醫(yī)生要會看病,能看好病,特別是能看好疑難雜癥,才能成為業(yè)界專家;同樣,法律專家不僅要諳熟法律條款,還要能打贏官司,特別能贏得影響深遠(yuǎn)的訴訟,才能成為業(yè)界翹楚。這些都說明,很多行業(yè)是與實(shí)踐緊密結(jié)合的,專家的本領(lǐng)是在實(shí)踐中磨煉形成、經(jīng)實(shí)踐檢驗(yàn)的。
[Abstract]:I have sought advice on WeChat why education experts are different from doctors, law experts, and so on. For example, doctors can only become experts in the field if they have to see a doctor and have a good eye on diseases, especially difficult and complicated diseases, before they can become experts in the industry. Legal experts need not only to be familiar with the legal provisions, but also to be able to win a lawsuit, especially if they can win a far-reaching lawsuit, in order to become a leader in the industry. All this shows that many industries are closely linked to practice. The skill of an expert is formed in practice and proved by practice.
