【摘要】:近些年各國之間的往來,把方向從軍事和經濟方面轉移到文化上,從而對外文化交流順其自然地成為了國家在外交方面的重點。文化交流一直是國與國之間溝通和了解的重要途徑,教育交流是充當了國家之間交流的主要使者,它既能夠促進世界各國文明在不同程度上的進步,同時又能深化國家之間的交流。世界各國都希望通過教育交流來實現文化傳播,正是因為看到了教育與文化交流的巨大價值,才有了國家對教育交流的重視,也因此讓教育交流成為了文化交流的重要組成部分。中國也不例外,我國也在逐漸轉變視角,將文化交流作為和他國溝通的重要渠道,美國一直處在世界霸主地位,這就使得與美國之間的文化交流變得尤為重要。在這個龐大的文化交流模塊中,中美之間的教育交流占有重要的地位,其中值得一提的就是中美之間的教育交流項目——富布萊特項目。該項目的前身是《富布萊特協(xié)議》。1947年,中國與美國政府簽訂了協(xié)議,成為了第一個與其簽訂協(xié)議的國家。雖然在發(fā)展期間有30年的停頓,但這并不影響其現如今的地位,現在富布萊特項目也已成為世界上最有影響力的國際教育交流項目。既然富布萊特項目是中美兩國教育交流的橋梁,那么它對中美之間的教育交流一定產生了影響,同時也會對中美之間的交流與溝通起到一定的作用。通過研究富布萊特項目,會從中對我國的教育交流以及交流項目帶來相應的啟示。本文旨在通過對富布萊特項目的研究,使人們增加對中美之間文化交流歷程和特點的了解。同時通過研究與富布萊特項目相關的內容,從歷史的角度分析中美教育交流的發(fā)展,從以往的中美教育交流中得出啟示與借鑒。另外,富布萊特項目從某種意義上來說也是一種留學項目,凡是留學項目都有一個共同的特點—將本國的文化傳播到世界,也讓世界了解本國的文化,通過在其他國家學習的學者和學生向他國傳達本國人民的友好心愿,希望共同促成多元文化的教育交流。
[Abstract]:The exchanges between countries in recent years have shifted the direction from military and economic to cultural. As a result, foreign cultural exchanges have naturally become the focus of national diplomacy. Cultural exchanges have always been an important means of communication and understanding between countries, and educational exchanges have served as the main ambassadors for exchanges between countries. It can not only promote the progress of civilization in all countries of the world to varying degrees, but also deepen the exchanges between countries. All countries in the world hope to achieve cultural transmission through educational exchanges, precisely because they have seen the great value of education and cultural exchanges. As a result, education exchange has become an important part of cultural exchange. China is no exception. Our country is also gradually changing its perspective and using cultural exchange as an important channel of communication with other countries. The United States has always been in the dominant position in the world, which makes cultural exchanges with the United States particularly important. In this huge cultural exchange module, educational exchanges between China and the United States play an important role. What is worth mentioning is the Fulbright Program, an educational exchange program between China and the United States. The program's predecessor was the Fulbright Agreement. In 1947, China and the United States signed an agreement. Became the first country to sign an agreement with it. Although there was a pause of 30 years in its development, this did not affect its status today. Now that the Fulbright Program has become the most influential international educational exchange program in the world, since the Fulbright Project is a bridge between China and the United States, it must have an impact on the educational exchange between China and the United States. At the same time, it will also play a certain role in the exchange and communication between China and the United States. Through the study of the Fulbright Project, it will bring corresponding enlightenment to the educational exchange and exchange programs in our country. To increase people's understanding of the history and characteristics of cultural exchanges between China and the United States. At the same time, through the study of the contents related to the Fulbright Project, we will analyze the development of Sino-US educational exchanges from a historical point of view. From the educational exchanges between China and the United States in the past, we can draw inspiration and draw lessons from them. In addition, the Fulbright Program is also, in a sense, a kind of study abroad project. All the study abroad programs have a common characteristic-to spread their national culture to the world. Let the world understand their own culture, through the scholars and students in other countries to convey to other countries the friendly aspirations of their own people, hope to jointly promote multicultural educational exchanges.
