基于異質(zhì)性視角下的區(qū)域教育收益差距研究

【摘要】:作為人力資本的主要投資方式,教育受到各社會階層的重視。由于我國特有的城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu)和地區(qū)差異,教育的資源分布呈現(xiàn)不均衡的特點,并且因異質(zhì)性差異的影響,個體的教育收益回報率往往不同。故而在分析由高等教育引起的教育收益差異時,需要從樣本的個人因素、家庭因素和社區(qū)因素三方面進行綜合分析。本文通過對CFPS2014微觀統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)進行對比,分析東、中、西部居民的教育收益差異,以此突出各地區(qū)居民收入間存在的差距并分析其差距存在的宏觀層面原因;在分析居民的教育收益差距時,采用了定性和定量分析相結(jié)合的研究方法,將影響教育收益差距的因素歸為個體異質(zhì)性、家庭異質(zhì)性和區(qū)域異質(zhì)性三個方面進行研究。通過明瑟收入方程建立居民教育收益模型,并采用傾向值匹配的計量方法來進行微觀個體意義上的實證分析,從而提出有針對性的政策建議。研究結(jié)果表明:東、中、西部地區(qū)居民的教育收入均明顯受到高等教育的正向影響,并且收入會隨著地域改變而有所不同;對于城鎮(zhèn)居民,西部地區(qū)受影響程度最大,東部地區(qū)次之,中部地區(qū)受影響程度最小;對于農(nóng)村居民,高等教育對東部地區(qū)居民的教育收益提升效果顯著,但對中、西部地區(qū)農(nóng)村居民作用不顯著。
[Abstract]:As the main investment mode of human capital, education is valued by all social strata. Due to the unique urban-rural dual structure and regional differences, the distribution of educational resources is uneven and influenced by heterogeneity. Individuals often have different rates of return on educational returns. Therefore, when analyzing differences in educational returns caused by higher education, one needs to look at the individual factors in the sample. Based on the comparison of CFPS2014 microstatistical data, this paper analyzes the difference of educational income among the residents in the east, middle and west, and analyzes the difference of the income between the residents in the east, the middle and the west. In order to highlight the income gap among residents in various regions and analyze the macro-level reasons of the gap, the qualitative and quantitative analysis method is adopted in the analysis of the gap in the education income of the residents. The factors affecting the disparity of educational income are classified as individual heterogeneity, family heterogeneity and regional heterogeneity. And the measurement method of tendency value matching is used to carry on the empirical analysis in the micro individual sense, thus puts forward the targeted policy suggestion. The research results show that: East, middle, The educational income of the residents in the western region is obviously positively affected by higher education, and the income varies with the change of the region. For the urban residents, the western region is the most affected, and the eastern region is the second. For the rural residents, the effect of higher education on the educational income of the eastern region is significant, but it is not significant for the rural residents in the western part of the country.
