“托管教育”的內(nèi)涵、特征與功能

【摘要】:世紀(jì)之交,"托管"活動(dòng)在我國(guó)教育領(lǐng)域異軍突起,引發(fā)人們的廣泛關(guān)注。本論文主要從概念內(nèi)涵、實(shí)踐由來、類型形式、基本特點(diǎn)和功能影響等各個(gè)方面對(duì)"托管教育"進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的梳理,指出"托管教育"是兼有生活服務(wù)和課后輔導(dǎo)雙重功能的新型教育模式以及各種"托管教育"形式的長(zhǎng)短、利弊以及彼此的互補(bǔ)等。最后指出,教育管理的關(guān)鍵在于要有正確的價(jià)值引領(lǐng)和規(guī)范管理,以成興利除弊和服務(wù)民生之功。
[Abstract]:At the turn of the century, the activities of "trusteeship" have sprung up in the field of education in China, which has aroused widespread concern. The basic characteristics and functional influence of various aspects of "trusteeship education" are combed accordingly, and it is pointed out that "trusteeship education" is a new educational model with dual functions of life service and after-school guidance, and the length of various forms of "trusteeship education". Finally, it is pointed out that the key of education management lies in the correct value guidance and standard management, in order to do the beneficial things, remove the malpractices and serve the people's livelihood.
