心理虐待初中生的熱執(zhí)行功能研究

【摘要】:心理虐待是最為隱蔽而又對兒童的心理影響深遠的一種父母與兒童的不良互動的方式,尤其是在情緒、認(rèn)知以及行為方面,而熱執(zhí)行功能又與這些方面緊密相關(guān),但人自身又有著一定的恢復(fù)能力。以往有學(xué)者研究了心理虐待者的冷執(zhí)行功能狀況。現(xiàn)欲探究處在這種心理虐待之下的兒童與無心理虐待的兒童在熱執(zhí)行功能上有何差異,是否也會出現(xiàn)相似的結(jié)果。以及處在這種心理虐待之下的兒童,其心理彈性是如何發(fā)揮作用的,尤其是個體調(diào)節(jié)情緒的能力,F(xiàn)采用愛荷華賭博范式探究心理虐待陰性與陽性被試以及高彈性與低_>性心理虐待者熱執(zhí)行功能的重要組成部分——情感決策的特點,采用詞-面孔任務(wù)結(jié)合閾下情緒Stroop任務(wù)探究其熱執(zhí)行功能的另一組成部分——情緒沖突特點,以三個任務(wù)來功能探討其熱執(zhí)行功能的特點。以初中生為研究對象,先用《心理虐待量表》篩選出陽性被試與陰性被試,再在篩選出來的陽性被試中,用《青少年心理彈性量表》施測并計算總分,篩選出前27%為高彈性被試,后27%為低彈性被試;依次在電腦上進行愛荷華賭博任務(wù)、詞-面孔任務(wù)與閾下情緒Stroop任務(wù)。依次在電腦上進行愛荷華賭博任務(wù)(簡稱IGT)、詞-面孔任務(wù)與閾下情緒Stroop任務(wù)。結(jié)果如下:(1)心理虐待陽性組在IGT中更多的選擇了不利紙牌;高彈性心理虐待組在IGT中選擇的有利紙牌數(shù)要多于低_>性組。(2)在詞-面孔任務(wù)中:在心理虐待陽性組與陰性組中,虐待組別的主效應(yīng)顯著,陰性組的面孔判斷正確率高于陽性組;虐待組別、面孔類型以及詞與面孔情緒效價沖突性的交互作用顯著,簡單效應(yīng)表明,在詞與面孔的情緒效價不一致的情況下,陽性組識別悲傷面孔的正確率高于高興面孔。高低_>性組,面孔類型與彈性組別的交互作用顯著,簡單效應(yīng)表明,高彈性組被試對悲傷面孔的反應(yīng)時短于高興面孔。(3)在閾下情緒Stroop任務(wù)中:心理虐待陽性組與陰性組,兩組被試在正確率與反應(yīng)時上無顯著差異。高低彈性組:面孔類型與彈性分組的交互作用顯著,簡單效應(yīng)表明,高_>性組對悲傷和高興面孔的正確率均高于中性面孔。結(jié)論如下:(1)心理虐待初中生的熱執(zhí)行功能受損,表現(xiàn)為其情感決策受到了一定程度的損害,且在情緒沖突中更容易受到情緒的干擾。(2)高心理彈性心理虐待初中生的熱執(zhí)行功能受損程度減輕,表現(xiàn)為情感決策受損程度降低,在情緒沖突中不容易受到情緒的干擾,具有一定程度的情緒控制能力。
[Abstract]:Psychological abuse is the most subtle and far-reaching way of parent-child interaction between parents and children, especially in emotional, cognitive and behavioural aspects, with which hot executive functions are closely related. However, people themselves have a certain ability to recover. In the past, some scholars have studied the cold executive function of psychological abusers. Now we want to explore the differences between children in this kind of psychological abuse and children without psychological abuse in terms of hot executive function. Whether there will be similar results. And how the resilience of children in this kind of psychological abuse works. In particular, the ability of individuals to regulate their emotions. In this paper, the Iowa gambling paradigm is used to explore the characteristics of emotional decision making, which is an important component of the hot executive function of subjects with negative and positive psychological abuse and high elasticity and low _ > sexual abuse. Using word face task combined with subliminal emotional Stroop task to explore another component of its hot executive function-emotional conflict, and using three tasks to explore the characteristics of its hot executive function, taking junior high school students as the research object. The positive and negative subjects were first screened by the Mental abuse scale, and then the total scores were calculated by using the Adolescent Psychoelasticity scale. The first 27% subjects were selected as high elastic subjects and the latter 27% as low elastic subjects. On the computer in turn to carry out Iowa gambling mission, Word-face task and subliminal emotional Stroop task. In turn, we carried out the Iowa gambling task (IGTX) on the computer, word-face task and subliminal emotional Stroop task. The results were as follows: 1) the positive group of psychological abuse chose more unfavorable cards in IGT; In the word-face task: in the positive group and the negative group, the main effect of the abuse group was significant. The correct rate of face judgment in negative group was higher than that in positive group, and the interaction among abuse group, face type and the conflict between word and face emotional titer was significant. The simple effect showed that, when the emotion titer of word and face was not consistent, In the positive group, the correct rate of recognizing sad faces was higher than that of happy faces. In the high and low > sex group, the interaction between face type and elastic group was significant, simple effect showed that, The response time to sad face in high elasticity group was shorter than that of happy face.) in subthreshold emotional Stroop task: positive group and negative group, There was no significant difference in the correct rate and reaction time between the two groups. In the high and low elasticity group, the interaction between the face type and the elastic group was significant. The correct rate of sad and happy faces in the high > sex group was higher than that of the neutral faces. Conclusion: the thermal executive function of the middle school students with psychological abuse is impaired, which shows that their emotional decision-making is impaired to some extent. And in the emotional conflict, it is more likely to be disturbed by emotion. 2) the degree of damage to the thermal executive function of junior high school students with high psychological elasticity is reduced, which shows that the degree of loss of emotional decision is lower, and it is not easy to be disturbed by emotion in the emotional conflict. Have a certain degree of emotional control.
