【摘要】：本文所涉及的公共性是馬克思主義哲學(xué)中的一個重要主題。目前,國內(nèi)外有關(guān)公共性的探討也正方興未艾。郭湛、楊仁忠、周志山、賈英健等對相關(guān)的公共性理論及問題進(jìn)行了較為系統(tǒng)的研究和論述,他們從不同側(cè)面對公共性的探討使得我國馬克思主義公共哲學(xué)得到進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展。一般來講,公共性包含人的公共性和社會公共性雙重含義。當(dāng)前,信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展使得網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育迅速發(fā)展,并極大地促進(jìn)了我國教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展和變革。同時(shí),它所蘊(yùn)涵的公共性特征也逐漸展現(xiàn)出來。在教育領(lǐng)域,公共性可以集中表達(dá)為對公共人的培養(yǎng)和對公平公正的價(jià)值追求�？梢哉f,基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育的發(fā)展,公共性所訴求的人的公共精神和社會的公平公正得到了發(fā)展。但它在為人的個性解放帶來新的機(jī)遇的同時(shí),也給教育公共性的發(fā)展帶來嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。本文從馬克思主義公共性視野入手,從人與社會的雙重維度出發(fā)探討網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育中的公共性問題,即“公共人”的培育與教育資源的公共性配置,力求能通過對上述問題的研究,為我國在公共性視域下如何更好地利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育來促進(jìn)對“公共人”的培育和實(shí)現(xiàn)教育資源的公平配置提供一個可參考的借鑒,從而進(jìn)一步培養(yǎng)人的公共精神,使社會更加趨向于公平公正。本文共分為六章,以發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、分析問題、解決問題的邏輯順序展開。第一章為引言部分,主要包括選題背景、研究意義以及文獻(xiàn)綜述等。第二章是對公共性視域下網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育的概念進(jìn)行界定,并闡述了公共性視域下網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育的目標(biāo)和內(nèi)涵。第三章是呈現(xiàn)公共性視域下網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育存在的問題。第四章是分析公共性視域下網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育存在問題的原因。第五章針對網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育存在問題的原因,從公共性視域出發(fā),提出可能的對策。第六章為結(jié)語部分,是對全文內(nèi)容的總結(jié)及未來發(fā)展的展望�？傮w來說,本文在汲取國內(nèi)外公共性和網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)之上,分析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育存在的問題,認(rèn)為網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育包含著促進(jìn)人與社會公共性的可能,但事實(shí)上目前因?yàn)樯鐣姽惨庾R不足等原因,這種可能性未能轉(zhuǎn)化為事實(shí)。從公共性視域出發(fā),必須通過提升社會公眾的公共意識、加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育組織公共性建設(shè)以及學(xué)習(xí)者的主體意識才能真正促進(jìn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育公共性的發(fā)展,并最終促進(jìn)人與社會的公共性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The publicity involved in this paper is an important theme in Marxist philosophy. At present, the discussion on publicity at home and abroad is also in the ascendant. Guo Zhan, Yang Renzhong, Zhou Zhishan, Jia Yingjian and others have systematically studied and discussed the related theories and problems of publicity. Their discussion of publicity from different aspects has further developed the Marxist public philosophy in China. Generally speaking, At present, the development of information technology makes network education develop rapidly, and greatly promote the development and reform of education in our country. In the field of education, publicity can be expressed as the cultivation of public people and the value pursuit of fairness and justice, which can be said to be based on the development of network education. The public spirit of the public and the fairness and justice of the society have been developed, but at the same time, the emancipation of the individual character brings new opportunities. From the perspective of Marxism publicity, this paper discusses the public nature of network education from the dual dimensions of human and society. That is, the cultivation of "public people" and the public allocation of educational resources, in order to be able to study the above problems, It provides a reference for our country how to make better use of network education to promote the cultivation of "public person" and to realize the fair allocation of educational resources, so as to further cultivate the public spirit of human being. This paper is divided into six chapters to find the problem, analyze the problem, solve the problem in the logical order. The first chapter is the introduction, including the background of the topic. The second chapter is to define the concept of network education from the public perspective. The third chapter is the problem of the network education under the public view. Chapter 4th is the analysis of the reason of the network education problem under the public view. Chapter 5th. In view of the causes of the problems in online education, From the perspective of publicity, this paper puts forward possible countermeasures. Chapter 6th is the conclusion part, which is the summary of the content of the full text and the prospect of its future development. Generally speaking, this paper is based on the research results of publicity and network education at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the network education, and thinks that the network education contains the possibility of promoting the publicness of people and society, but in fact, it is due to the lack of public consciousness of the public at present. This possibility has not been translated into reality. From the perspective of publicity, we must raise the public awareness of the public. Only by strengthening the public construction of network education organization and the subject consciousness of learners can we really promote the development of network education publicity and finally promote the public development of people and society.
