山東省教師教育網(wǎng)學(xué)習(xí)共同體研究

【摘要】:百年大計(jì),教育為本;教育大計(jì),教師為本。教師是教育改革和發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。近年來,在以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為代表的信息技術(shù)的推動(dòng)下,教育部“國培計(jì)劃”的引領(lǐng)下,以及“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+教師專業(yè)發(fā)展”工程全面開展,促使網(wǎng)絡(luò)教師學(xué)習(xí)共同體成為教育界關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)教師學(xué)習(xí)共同體是教師利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái),以提升自身專業(yè)素養(yǎng)和職業(yè)能力為宗旨,教師間互相協(xié)商、交流意見、資源共享,最終促進(jìn)教師共同發(fā)展。山東省教師教育網(wǎng)是以促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)成長為價(jià)值追求的、是國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先的教師網(wǎng)絡(luò)社區(qū),為教師營造了和諧交流的溫馨空間,為教師專業(yè)發(fā)展開辟了新天地。本論文針對(duì)山東省教師教育網(wǎng)學(xué)習(xí)共同體進(jìn)行研究,目的在于促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展,完善教師教育新途徑。研究意義理論層面上,梳理教師學(xué)習(xí)共同體的相關(guān)理論,理清理論脈絡(luò),為相關(guān)研究提供理論借鑒;實(shí)踐層面上,從教師教育網(wǎng)學(xué)習(xí)共同體的實(shí)踐出發(fā),分析其優(yōu)勢和問題,為完善教師教育網(wǎng)學(xué)習(xí)共同體構(gòu)建提供改進(jìn)建議,也為其他地區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)教師學(xué)習(xí)共同體構(gòu)建提供實(shí)際借鑒。本論文研究思路,在理清相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,探究教師教育網(wǎng)學(xué)習(xí)共同體的構(gòu)建現(xiàn)狀;采用訪談法和問卷調(diào)查法,調(diào)查教師參與教師教育網(wǎng)學(xué)習(xí)共同體的目的和參與程度、教師教育網(wǎng)學(xué)習(xí)共同體對(duì)教師專業(yè)成長的影響,教師對(duì)教師教育網(wǎng)的認(rèn)知態(tài)度;整理和分析訪談和調(diào)查結(jié)果,總結(jié)得出教師網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)共同體優(yōu)勢以及存在的問題;最終在此基礎(chǔ)上提出完善教師教育網(wǎng)學(xué)習(xí)共同體構(gòu)建的建議。本論文研究結(jié)果,教師教育網(wǎng)學(xué)習(xí)共同體構(gòu)建現(xiàn)狀,主要活動(dòng)設(shè)置有名師課例打磨、網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修、齊魯師坊等精彩紛呈的學(xué)習(xí)共同體空間,為教師提供交流場域和學(xué)習(xí)資源。筆者通過對(duì)訪談和問卷調(diào)查資源的整理和分析,得出教師參與程度不高,更多是瀏覽教育視頻和文章以及發(fā)文評(píng)價(jià),教師參與交流、發(fā)表見解、共享資源程度較低,教師更多是旁觀者的角色。教師參與教師教育網(wǎng)學(xué)習(xí)共同體后,其教學(xué)理論和教學(xué)能力都有一定提升。教學(xué)理論上更新教師觀念、深化新課程改革的認(rèn)識(shí)和理解等;在教學(xué)能力上提升班級(jí)管理、教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)、科學(xué)研究能力等。整體結(jié)果總結(jié)教師教育網(wǎng)學(xué)習(xí)共同體具有為教師建立和諧交流場域、構(gòu)筑跨越時(shí)空的交流平臺(tái)、提供虛實(shí)結(jié)合的資源共享、促進(jìn)教師教學(xué)能力提升的優(yōu)勢,與此同時(shí)也存在教師缺乏參與主動(dòng)性、評(píng)價(jià)激勵(lì)機(jī)制不足、研修內(nèi)容自主選擇性不強(qiáng)、實(shí)際互動(dòng)空間不夠、形式主義的問題。最后,論文針對(duì)訪談和調(diào)查中存在的問題提出改進(jìn)建議,主要從增強(qiáng)教師教育網(wǎng)絡(luò)成員參與程度、完善教師教育網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制、豐富教師教育網(wǎng)絡(luò)共享資源內(nèi)容、共筑教師教育網(wǎng)絡(luò)美好精神家園四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行論述。
[Abstract]:For this project, education; educational plans, the teacher is the key of education reform and development. In recent years, in order to promote the Internet as the representative of the information technology, the Ministry of education, "national training plan" and "Internet plus under the guidance of teacher professional development" project development, the network of teachers the learning community has become the focus of educational circles. The network learning community of teachers is the teachers to use network learning platform, to enhance their professional quality and ability of teachers occupation for the purpose of mutual consultation, exchange of ideas, sharing of resources, and ultimately promote the common development of teachers. Teacher education in Shandong province is to promote the professional growth of teachers to the pursuit of value. The teacher is the leading online community, and create a harmonious exchange of warm space for teachers, has opened up new horizons for the professional development of teachers. This thesis focuses on the study of teacher education network in Shandong Province Learning community research, the purpose is to promote the professional development of teachers, improve the new way of teacher education. The significance of the research on the theoretical level, the related theories of teacher learning community, clarify the theory, to provide theoretical reference for the related research; practice, starting from the practice of Teacher Education Network learning community, analyzes its advantages and problems, for to improve teacher education network learning community construction to provide suggestions for improvement, also to construct learning community provides practical reference for other areas of network teachers. The research ideas, based on clarifying the relevant theory on the study of teacher education network learning community construction status; using interviews and questionnaires, teacher education network learning community and participation survey of the teachers participating in Teachers' education network learning community for teachers' professional development, teachers' cognition of Teacher Education Network Attitude; collation and analysis of interviews and survey results, concluded that the teachers' network learning community advantages and problems; finally put forward on the basis of perfect community suggestions for the construction of teacher education network learning. The results of this research, teacher education network learning community construction status, the main activities are arranged teacher lesson network training, learning and polishing Qilu community colorful square division, provides the exchange field and learning resources for teachers. The author through the collation and analysis of interviews and questionnaire survey of resources, the involvement of the teachers is not high, more is to browse the video and posting articles and educational evaluation, teachers participate in the exchange, comments, low degree of sharing resources, teachers more than a bystander. Teachers' participation in teacher education network learning community, the teaching theory and teaching ability of teaching theory have some improvement. To update the concept of teachers and the deepening of new curriculum reform and understanding; improve classroom management, teaching ability in the teaching design, the ability of scientific research. The overall results of teacher education network learning community is to build a harmonious communication field for teachers to build communication across time and space platform, provide the combination of resource sharing, promote teachers' teaching ability advantage, at the same time there are teachers lack of initiative participation, evaluation and incentive mechanism is insufficient, the content of the training initiative is not strong, the actual interaction space formalism problems. Finally, aiming at the existing problems in the survey interviews and recommendations for improvement, mainly from the enhancement of teacher education network member participation, perfect the evaluation mechanism of teacher education network platform, enrich the teachers' education network resources sharing content, build a network of Teacher Education in four aspects: beautiful spiritual home The face is discussed.
