【摘要】：以國家開放大學(xué)辦學(xué)體系教師為研究對象,采用問卷法、訪談法等研究方法,調(diào)研了辦學(xué)體系教師隊(duì)伍現(xiàn)狀。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)辦學(xué)體系師資基本能夠滿足教學(xué)需要,但電大向開放大學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)型的過程中需優(yōu)化師資隊(duì)伍;多任務(wù)是教師的工作常態(tài),教師角色和工作職責(zé)需優(yōu)化;工作中學(xué)習(xí)是獲取職業(yè)知識(shí)和技能的主要方式,職業(yè)能力還需進(jìn)一步提升;職業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)堪憂,學(xué)校在職業(yè)發(fā)展方面的服務(wù)亟需加強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:Taking the teachers of the school system of the National Open University as the research object, this paper investigates the present situation of the teaching staff of the school system by means of questionnaire and interview, and finds that the teachers of the school system can basically meet the teaching needs. However, in the process of transition from RTVU to OUU, it is necessary to optimize the teaching staff; multitasking is the normal work of teachers, and teachers' roles and responsibilities need to be optimized; and learning at work is the main way to acquire professional knowledge and skills. Vocational ability needs to be further improved, and the service of school in career development needs to be strengthened.
