【摘要】：大城市義務教育階段擇校亂象紛呈,影響了我國義務教育階段的和諧有序發(fā)展。導致"擇校熱"愈演愈烈的原因十分復雜,從政策角度看,是由于重點地區(qū)、重點城市、重點區(qū)域、重點校系列政策的結果,除此之外,國家頒布政策的互相矛盾以及利益群體對擇校禁令的"變相抵制"都對義務教育階段"擇校熱"起到了推波助瀾的作用。為此,我們要開展義務教育階段校際監(jiān)測,建立符合全體公民平等權利的教育制度,加快辦學體制改革,縮小校際差距,保障師生權益,重視信息技術帶來的學習方式變革,通過多措并舉促進義務教育均衡發(fā)展,杜絕擇校亂象。
[Abstract]:The chaos of school selection in the stage of compulsory education in big cities has affected the harmonious and orderly development of the stage of compulsory education in our country. The reasons for the "school selection craze" are very complex. From the policy point of view, it is due to the key areas and cities. In addition to the results of the series of policies of key schools in key regions, the contradictory policies promulgated by the state and the "disguised resistance" of interest groups to the ban on school selection have all contributed to the "school selection craze" in the compulsory education phase. We should carry out inter-school monitoring at the stage of compulsory education, establish an education system that conforms to the equal rights of all citizens, speed up the reform of the school-running system, narrow the gap between schools, safeguard the rights and interests of teachers and students, and attach importance to the changes in learning methods brought about by information technology. To promote the balanced development of compulsory education through various measures, and to put an end to school chaos.
