【摘要】：生涯規(guī)劃是近年來普通高中教育的重要內(nèi)容,心理輔導(dǎo)活動(dòng)課理應(yīng)為生涯發(fā)展提供重要支持,但是多年來心理輔導(dǎo)活動(dòng)課在幫助學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)選擇、規(guī)劃人生的方面卻著墨不多,未能有效滿足高中學(xué)生在生涯規(guī)劃方面的成長性需求。本文以生涯教育理念對高中心理輔導(dǎo)活動(dòng)課進(jìn)行再構(gòu),提出:"全體—個(gè)體、全程—階段、內(nèi)外—遠(yuǎn)近"的課程理念再構(gòu),"結(jié)構(gòu)分明、層層遞進(jìn)"的教學(xué)內(nèi)容再構(gòu)和"以任務(wù)為導(dǎo)向"的教學(xué)方式方法再構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:Career planning is an important part of general high school education in recent years. Psychological counseling activities should provide important support for career development. However, in many years, psychological counseling activities have helped students learn to choose and plan their lives. It can not meet the needs of high school students' growth in career planning effectively. This paper reconstructs the psychological counseling activity course of high school with the concept of career education, and puts forward: "whole-individual, whole-stage," The curriculum concept of "inside and outside-far and near" is reconstructed, the teaching content of "structure is clear and progressive" and the teaching method is "task-oriented".
