【摘要】：學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng)對(duì)于國(guó)家發(fā)展、個(gè)體發(fā)展至關(guān)重要,其核心任務(wù)是讓學(xué)生個(gè)體具有創(chuàng)新性思維、創(chuàng)新型人格。有利于創(chuàng)新能力發(fā)展的環(huán)境條件包括教育目標(biāo)、過(guò)程、制度等方面。應(yīng)把培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新能力作為教育的優(yōu)先目標(biāo),通過(guò)開設(shè)思維課程、改進(jìn)教育方法等舉措培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的發(fā)散性思維、聚合性思維、批判性思維等思維技能,激發(fā)和培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對(duì)于創(chuàng)新的興趣、愛好等創(chuàng)新型人格,改革教育評(píng)價(jià)與教育管理體制機(jī)制,為學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)提供制度保障。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of students' innovative ability is very important for national development and individual development. Its core task is to enable students to have innovative thinking and innovative personality. The environmental conditions conducive to the development of innovative ability include educational objectives and processes. The training of students' innovative ability should be regarded as the priority goal of education, and the students' thinking skills such as divergent thinking, collective thinking and critical thinking should be cultivated through the establishment of thinking courses and the improvement of educational methods. To stimulate and cultivate students' innovative personality, to reform educational evaluation and educational management system, and to provide institutional guarantee for the cultivation of students' innovative ability.
