【摘要】：通過對美國、德國、英國、澳大利亞、日本、韓國及馬來西亞開展STEM教育的動因及實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑進(jìn)行分析,從政策保障、社會參與、資源整合及人才培養(yǎng)四個方面梳理其實(shí)施策略,并從中得出對中國STEM教育的若干啟示,包括強(qiáng)化STEM教育戰(zhàn)略地位和政策保障;倡導(dǎo)全社會參與,加強(qiáng)協(xié)同合作;整合各類資源,動員多方力量;優(yōu)化人才培養(yǎng)模式,重視人才引進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:Through the analysis of the motivation and realization of STEM education in America, Germany, Britain, Australia, Japan, South Korea and Malaysia, this paper analyzes its implementation strategies from four aspects: policy guarantee, social participation, resource integration and talent training. Some enlightenment to China's STEM education, including strengthening the strategic position and policy guarantee of STEM education, advocating the participation of the whole society, strengthening cooperation, integrating all kinds of resources, mobilizing various forces, optimizing the talent training model, are obtained. Attach importance to the introduction of talents.
