【摘要】:基于教師教育領(lǐng)域的自身發(fā)展以及社會對高質(zhì)量師資的需求,以提升教師教育專業(yè)性和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)性為目的的教師教育專業(yè)認(rèn)證制度即將在我國推行。然而當(dāng)前我國教師教育專業(yè)發(fā)展尚未真正滿足專業(yè)認(rèn)證的要求。因此,加快形成與專業(yè)認(rèn)證相適應(yīng)的專業(yè)定位、課程建設(shè)、教育實(shí)踐、師資隊伍及評估管理機(jī)制,提升師范生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量成為當(dāng)前教師教育專業(yè)發(fā)展的緊迫任務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Based on the self-development in the field of teacher education and the society's demand for high-quality teachers, The professional certification system of teacher education aimed at promoting the professionalism and standardization of teacher education will soon be implemented in our country. However, the development of teacher education specialty in our country has not really met the requirements of professional certification at present. It is an urgent task to accelerate the formation of professional orientation, curriculum construction, educational practice, teaching staff and evaluation management mechanism, and to improve the training quality of normal college students.
