苗族和漢族大學生心理疾病污名的比較研究

【摘要】:心理疾病污名化指的是個體在和心理疾病患者的社會互動中對他們的負面評價、負面情緒體驗和歧視。心理疾病污名化的存在嚴重危及心理疾病患者的心理康復過程,是心理康復過程中的高危因素;仡櫲祟悓π睦砑膊〉恼J識可以看出,社會、文化和歷史等因素都制約著人們對心理疾病患者的評價和態(tài)度。我國是一個多民族國家,不同的民族具有自己的文化,以往對心理疾病污名的研究沒有關(guān)注民族文化對心理疾病污名的影響。從不同的文化背景的角度,來考察苗族和漢族大學生心理疾病污名現(xiàn)象是一個新的研究切入點。因此本研究擬從內(nèi)隱和外顯層面對苗族和漢族大學生的心理疾病污名現(xiàn)象進行比較研究。本研究包含2個子研究,研究1探究苗族和漢族大學生在心理疾病外顯污名上的差異。從認知、情緒、行為三個維度出發(fā),采用心理疾病污名量表分別測量苗族和漢族大學生的心理疾病外顯污名,并比較兩者的差異。但已有的很多研究發(fā)現(xiàn),心理疾病污名在內(nèi)隱和外顯層面具有不同的表現(xiàn)。因此,研究2探究苗族和漢族大學生的心理疾病的內(nèi)隱污名。采用SC-IAT測驗考察苗族和漢族大學生的內(nèi)隱心理疾病污名狀況,并比較兩者的差異。最后分別從認知評價、情感體驗、行為傾向三個方面,分析苗族和漢族大學生的心理疾病內(nèi)隱污名與外顯污名之間的關(guān)系。本研究得到以下結(jié)論:1、在外顯水平上,苗族被試比漢族被試在歧視行為和消極情緒的害怕維度上得分更高,但是在負面刻板印象和生氣消極情緒維度上兩組被試沒有顯著差異。2、在內(nèi)隱水平上,兩組被試在歧視行為和消極情緒上均存在顯著差異。苗族被試比漢族被試在情感和行為維度上對心理疾病患者的污名化水平更高,但兩組被試在認知評價上不存在顯著差異。3、苗族大學生的內(nèi)隱行為反應、認知評價均和外顯認知、情感、行為有顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系,內(nèi)隱情感反應則和外顯行為存在顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系;漢族大學生對心理疾病患者的內(nèi)隱行為反應和外顯情感、認知、行為均存在顯著正相關(guān),而心理疾病內(nèi)隱認知、情緒與外顯污名的三成分之間相關(guān)不顯著。
[Abstract]:The stigmatization of mental illness refers to the negative evaluation, negative emotional experience and discrimination of the individual in the social interaction with the patients with mental illness. The existence of the stigmatization of the mental disease seriously endangers the psychological rehabilitation process of the patients with mental illness. It is a high risk factor in the process of psychological rehabilitation. Looking back at human cognition of mental illness, we can see that social, cultural and historical factors all restrict people's evaluation and attitude towards patients with mental illness. China is a multi-ethnic country. Different nationalities have their own culture. Previous researches on the stigma of mental illness have not paid attention to the influence of national culture on the stigma of mental illness. It is a new research entry point to investigate the stigma of psychological disease of Miao nationality and Han nationality college students. Therefore, this study intends to make a comparative study on the phenomenon of mental disease stigma of Miao nationality and Han nationality college students from implicit and explicit levels. The study consisted of two substudies, Study 1 explore the difference between Miao nationality and Han nationality university students in mental disease. From the cognitive, emotional and behavioral dimensions, the mental disease stigma scale was used to measure the mental disease stigma of Miao nationality and Han nationality college students. And compare the differences between the two. However, many studies have found that the stigma of mental illness has different manifestations on the implicit and explicit levels. The second study was to explore the implicit stigma of mental illness in Miao and Han nationality students. The status of implicit mental disease stigma of Miao nationality and Han nationality college students was investigated by SC-IAT test, and the differences between them were compared. Finally, the cognitive evaluation and emotional experience were analyzed. This paper analyzes the relationship between implicit stigma and explicit stigma in mental illness of Miao nationality and Han nationality college students in three aspects of behavioral tendency. The score of fear dimension of discrimination behavior and negative emotion was higher in Miao nationality than that in Han nationality, but there was no significant difference in negative stereotype and angry negative emotion between the two groups. There were significant differences in discrimination behavior and negative emotion between the two groups. The Miao nationality subjects had a higher level of stigmatization on the emotional and behavioral dimensions than the Han nationality subjects. However, there was no significant difference in cognitive evaluation between the two groups. There was a significant positive correlation between implicit behavioral response, cognitive evaluation and explicit cognition, emotion and behavior of Miao college students. Implicit emotional response was positively correlated with explicit behavior, and implicit behavior, cognition and behavior of Han students were positively correlated with implicit behavior, while implicit cognition of mental disease. There was no significant correlation between emotion and the three components of explicit stigma.
