基于過程性評價(jià)的混合學(xué)習(xí)評價(jià)策略研究

【摘要】:過程性評價(jià)是與混合學(xué)習(xí)相匹配的評價(jià)策略,二者的關(guān)系可以概括為如下兩個(gè)方面:混合學(xué)習(xí)的效果需要過程性評價(jià)指標(biāo)來判定;過程性評價(jià)是評估有效混合學(xué)習(xí)的最佳方法。第四代評價(jià)理論、分布式認(rèn)知理論以及深度學(xué)習(xí)理論為建立過程性評價(jià)模型和混合性學(xué)習(xí)模型提供了理論基礎(chǔ),建立在三個(gè)重要理論的基礎(chǔ)上,過程性評價(jià)和混合學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)一步清晰化。關(guān)于過程性評價(jià)模型的建構(gòu)遵循如下邏輯路徑:過程性評價(jià)是以學(xué)習(xí)者為主體,利益相關(guān)者共同參與,以質(zhì)性評價(jià)為主要方式,通過對動機(jī)、過程和效果極其之間關(guān)系的全面解析而做出的全面評價(jià),意在優(yōu)化學(xué)習(xí)過程、實(shí)現(xiàn)素質(zhì)的發(fā)展。在操作性定義的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)定行為假設(shè),并建立過程性評價(jià)項(xiàng)目參照系,包括學(xué)習(xí)動機(jī)、學(xué)習(xí)過程、學(xué)習(xí)資源三個(gè)維度,對每一個(gè)維度進(jìn)行一級指標(biāo)分解、二級指標(biāo)分解,對每一個(gè)二級指標(biāo)下操作性定義,在此基礎(chǔ)上提供過程性評價(jià)模型;旌蠈W(xué)習(xí)是受線上資源和線下交互雙重支持,靈活應(yīng)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境和課堂環(huán)境的學(xué)習(xí)方式,它將學(xué)習(xí)分析、學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐、學(xué)習(xí)整合有機(jī)統(tǒng)一,以求學(xué)習(xí)效果的最大化。相似的,在操作性界定的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)定混合學(xué)習(xí)的行為假設(shè),建立混合學(xué)習(xí)的結(jié)構(gòu)參照系,即:學(xué)習(xí)分析、學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐、學(xué)習(xí)整合三個(gè)維度,對每一個(gè)維度進(jìn)行一級指標(biāo)分解、二級指標(biāo)分解,對每一個(gè)二級指標(biāo)下操作性定義,在此基礎(chǔ)上提供混合學(xué)習(xí)模型。觀察并分析真實(shí)情景下混合學(xué)習(xí)評價(jià)方式的實(shí)施情況,現(xiàn)狀是提出策略的現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。在對三名學(xué)情不同的學(xué)習(xí)者為期一學(xué)期的觀察以及最后的訪談后,與過程性評價(jià)模型對照,總體上呈現(xiàn)出評價(jià)時(shí)機(jī)、評價(jià)內(nèi)容、評價(jià)主體、評價(jià)方式四方面的不合理;與混合學(xué)習(xí)模型對照,現(xiàn)行的混合學(xué)習(xí)呈現(xiàn)出初始分析不到位、學(xué)習(xí)過程低效、學(xué)習(xí)效果總體不佳三大方面的問題,并各自伴有復(fù)雜的成因。問題的成因主要集中于教師觀念層面、教師行為層面、學(xué)生觀念層面、學(xué)生行為層面四方面,故宏觀上提出:教師觀念轉(zhuǎn)變策略、教師行為轉(zhuǎn)變策略、學(xué)生觀念轉(zhuǎn)變策略以及學(xué)生行為轉(zhuǎn)變策略四大策略。
[Abstract]:The process of evaluation is the evaluation of learning strategy to match and mixing, the relationship between the two can be summarized into two aspects as follows: the effect of blended learning process evaluation index to judge; process evaluation is to evaluate optimal method of blended learning. The fourth generation evaluation theory, distributed cognition theory and deep learning theory provides the foundation for the establishment of process evaluation model and hybrid learning model based on three important theories, process evaluation and blended learning.
