【摘要】：佛羅里達州是美國第一個通過立法確立所有K-12公立學校學生都有權選擇在線課程進行學習的州,擁有美國第一個且規(guī)模最大的州立虛擬學校,其K-12在線課程學習處于全國領先地位。文章分析了佛羅里達州K-12在線課程發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,包括在線課程的提供和選用方式、在線課程學習的質量保證策略、在線課程發(fā)展的政策保障和財政支持。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),佛羅里達州政府非常重視K-12在線課程的發(fā)展,通過各種有效的政策措施,為州內所有學生提供公平、有質量的在線課程的學習機會。在此基礎上,文章從我國基礎教育領域發(fā)展在線課程的需求出發(fā),提出了建設我國中小學在線課程的建議。
[Abstract]:Florida is the first state in the United States to legislate that all K-12 public school students have the right to choose an online course to study, and has the first and largest state virtual school in the United States. The paper analyzes the current situation of the development of K-12 online course in Florida, including the offering and selection of online courses. Quality assurance strategies for online course learning, policy guarantees and financial support for online course development. The study found that the Florida government attaches great importance to the development of K-12 online courses. Through various effective policies and measures to provide all students in the state with a fair and quality learning opportunities for online courses. On this basis, the article starts from the demand of developing online courses in the field of basic education in China. Some suggestions are put forward to construct the online curriculum for primary and secondary schools in China.
