【摘要】：主體性教育政策實踐觀是一種立足于把受教育者培養(yǎng)教育活動的主體和社會生活主體的教育政策實踐觀。第一章:主體性教育政策實踐觀的基本理論。本章首先界定了主體性教育政策實踐觀研究的核心概念,通過界定“教育政策觀”和“教育政策實踐觀”概念的內(nèi)涵與外延,為主體性教育政策實踐觀基本理論體系的構(gòu)建確定了邏輯起點和基本范疇。其次構(gòu)建了主體性教育政策實踐觀的理論體系。一是確定了主體性教育政策實踐觀的基本范疇,認為主體性教育政策實踐觀是由決策觀、執(zhí)行觀和評價觀所構(gòu)成的邏輯體系,其中每個范疇的觀念都由本質(zhì)觀、價值觀、實踐觀和質(zhì)量觀構(gòu)成。二是在厘清主體性教育政策實踐觀的基本邏輯基礎(chǔ)上,選擇了從實然到應(yīng)然、從事實到價值的論證邏輯。三是從主體性教育觀、主體性教育管理觀、主體性教育政策觀三個層面,探究了主體性教育政策實踐觀的理論基礎(chǔ)。四是通過理論分析和事實分析對主體性教育政策實踐觀的內(nèi)在規(guī)定性進行了闡釋。第二章:我國教育政策實踐活動的觀念分析。本章運用主體性教育政策實踐觀審視了我國教育政策實踐活動的現(xiàn)狀,分析了兩種從屬性教育政策實踐觀在教育政策的決策、執(zhí)行和評價活動中的具體表現(xiàn),探究了其中存在的問題及其成因。第三:我國教育政策實踐活動的觀念更新。本章首先倡導(dǎo)了主體性教育政策的決策觀、執(zhí)行觀和評價觀,然后提出了在主體性教育政策實踐觀下決策、執(zhí)行和評價的改進路徑和策略。
[Abstract]:The subjective educational policy practice view is a kind of educational policy practice view which is based on the educatee to train the subject of educational activities and the subject of social life. This chapter first defines the core concepts of the study of subjective educational policy practice. By defining the concept of "educational policy" and "educational policy concept of practice", the connotation and extension of the concept. This paper establishes the logical starting point and basic category for the construction of the basic theoretical system of subjective educational policy practice. Secondly, it constructs the theoretical system of subjective educational policy practice. First, it determines the subjective educational policy practice view. Basic categories. The author thinks that the practice view of subjective education policy is a logical system composed of decision view, execution view and evaluation view, in which the concept of each category is made up of essence view and value view. Second, on the basis of clarifying the basic logic of the practice view of subjective education policy, the author chooses the argumentation logic from reality to ought to be, and from subjective education to value. Subjective education management view, subjective education policy view three levels. The fourth part is to explain the inherent regulation of the subjective educational policy practice view through theoretical analysis and factual analysis. Chapter two:. This chapter examines the current situation of educational policy practice activities in China by using the subjective educational policy practice view. This paper analyzes the concrete performance of the two views on the practice of education policy in the decision-making, implementation and evaluation of education policy. This chapter explores the problems and their causes. Third, the concept of educational policy practice in China is updated. Firstly, this chapter advocates the decision view, executive view and evaluation view of subjective education policy. Then it puts forward the improvement path and strategy of decision-making, execution and evaluation under the practice view of subjective education policy.
