基于微課的師范生教育技術能力培養(yǎng)模式構建研究

【摘要】:教育技術能力是現(xiàn)代教師職業(yè)素質的重要組成部分,同時也是評價師范生培養(yǎng)質量的一項重要指標。在我國,高師院校一般通過開設《現(xiàn)代教育技術》公共課來進行師范生教育技術能力的培養(yǎng),大多存在培養(yǎng)模式陳舊,不能有效發(fā)揮公共課作用等問題,加之高師院校辦學規(guī)模及基礎條件的限制,師范生教育技術能力培養(yǎng)的成效并不顯著。鑒于當前師范生教育技術能力培養(yǎng)方式存在的問題與不足,探究如何將微課運用到師范生教育技術能力培養(yǎng)過程當中,借以為職前教師教育技術能力的培養(yǎng)提供新的途徑,同時拓寬微課在教育培訓領域應用的范圍,具有一定的現(xiàn)實意義。國內在關于師范生教育技術能力培養(yǎng)方面雖有一定研究,但尚沒有研究人員將微課與師范生教育技術能力培養(yǎng)進行結合繼而提出基于微課的能力培養(yǎng)模式。本研究對師范生教育教育技術能力現(xiàn)狀及《現(xiàn)代教育技術》公共課教學現(xiàn)狀進行了問卷調查,并輔之以訪談,借以明確當前師范生教育技術能力培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,在明確師范生教育技術能力培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀的基礎上,以教育信息化的發(fā)展成果作為契機,針對高師院校在師范生培養(yǎng)過程中存在的諸多問題,構建了基于微課的“教、學、用”并重的師范生教育技術能力培養(yǎng)模式,不僅豐富了微課在教育教學領域中的應用形式,更為教育信息化大背景下師范生教育技術能力的培養(yǎng)拓寬了思路。本論文共由五個部分組成。首先是論文的緒論部分,主要對研究背景與意義、研究方法與思路等內容進行了梳理概括,并通過文獻研究法,對微課及師范生教育技術能力培養(yǎng)的國內外研究現(xiàn)狀進行了分析總結;第二部分是關于構建基于微課的師范生教育技術能力培養(yǎng)模式的理論概述,對相關概念及模式構建的理論基礎進行了闡述,并初步探討了師范生教育技術能力的衡量標準;第三部分是關于高師院校中師范生教育技術能力培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀的調查與分析,通過對師范生教育技術能力現(xiàn)狀的問卷調查、《現(xiàn)代教育技術》公共課教學現(xiàn)狀的問卷調查及公共課教師的訪談調查,明確了當前師范生教育技術能力的培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀及培養(yǎng)當中存在的問題;第四部分是基于微課的師范生教育技術能力培養(yǎng)模式的構建,主要從基于微課的能力培養(yǎng)理念、基于微課的能力培養(yǎng)目標、基于微課的能力培養(yǎng)方案及基于微課的能力培養(yǎng)評價體系四個方面進行構建;第五部分對研究成果進行了總結,并剖析了研究過程中存在的不足。
[Abstract]:The ability of educational technology is an important part of the professional quality of modern teachers, and also an important index to evaluate the training quality of normal school students. Teachers colleges and universities generally through the opening of "Modern Educational Technology" public courses to train the ability of education technology of normal students, most of the problems such as outdated training mode, can not effectively play the role of public courses and so on. In addition, due to the limitations of the scale and basic conditions of running a normal college, the effect of training the educational technical ability of the normal college students is not remarkable. In view of the problems and shortcomings of the current education technology ability training mode of the normal college students. This paper explores how to apply microcourses to the process of cultivating the educational technical ability of normal students, in order to provide a new way for the cultivation of pre-service teachers' educational technical ability, and at the same time, to broaden the scope of application of micro-lessons in the field of education and training. There is a certain practical significance. Although there is a certain amount of research on the cultivation of educational technical ability of normal college students in China. However, no researchers have combined the microcourse with the cultivation of educational technology ability of normal school students, and then put forward the ability training model based on microcourses. The present situation and "Modern Educational Technology" of Educational Technology ability of normal College students are studied in this study. A questionnaire survey was conducted on the present situation of the teaching of the course. It is supplemented by interviews in order to clarify the current situation and problems of education technology ability cultivation of normal college students, on the basis of clear education technology ability training status quo of normal school students. Taking the development of educational informatization as an opportunity, aiming at the problems existing in the process of normal college students' training, this paper constructs the "teaching and learning" based on micro-courses. The mode of cultivating students' educational technology ability with equal emphasis not only enriches the application form of microcourse in the field of education and teaching. This paper is composed of five parts. The first part is the introduction part, which is mainly about the background and significance of the research. The research methods and ideas are summarized, and through the literature research method, the domestic and foreign research status of microcourse and normal college students' educational technical ability training are analyzed and summarized. The second part is a theoretical overview of the construction of the training model of educational technology ability of teachers' students based on micro-courses, and the theoretical basis of the related concepts and the construction of the model are expounded. It also discusses the measure standard of educational technology ability of normal school students. The third part is about the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the normal college students' educational technical ability, through the questionnaire survey of the normal college students' educational technical ability. The questionnaire survey of the current teaching situation of the public course and the interview of the teachers of the public course have made clear the current situation and problems in the cultivation of the educational technology ability of the students in the normal school. The 4th part is the construction of the training mode of educational technology ability of normal students based on microcourse, mainly from the concept of ability cultivation based on micro-lesson and the goal of cultivating ability based on micro-lesson. The ability training scheme based on micro-lesson and the evaluation system of ability cultivation based on micro-lesson are constructed. Part 5th summarizes the research results and analyzes the shortcomings in the research process.
