【摘要】：大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代,教育治理現(xiàn)代化面臨諸多機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。大數(shù)據(jù)在促進(jìn)教育治理由單一主體向多主體轉(zhuǎn)變,促進(jìn)教育管理向扁平化、透明化邁進(jìn),促進(jìn)教育決策科學(xué)化等方面有巨大優(yōu)勢(shì),大數(shù)據(jù)與教育治理深度融合已成為必然趨勢(shì)。在教育治理現(xiàn)代化體制的構(gòu)建中,應(yīng)注入大數(shù)據(jù)思維,更新完善教育治理理念,通過(guò)搭建教育大數(shù)據(jù)治理平臺(tái)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)教育大數(shù)據(jù)的自由流動(dòng),同時(shí)還應(yīng)加快教育信息法規(guī)建設(shè),為教育大數(shù)據(jù)的合理利用提供法律保障。
[Abstract]:In big data's time, the modernization of educational governance was faced with many opportunities and challenges. Big data was promoting the transformation of educational governance from a single subject to a multi-subject, and promoting the education management to be flat and transparent. There are great advantages in promoting scientific educational decision-making, big data and educational governance have become an inevitable trend of deep integration. In the construction of modern educational governance system, big data should be injected into the thinking. We should renew and perfect the idea of educational governance, build the educational big data governance platform to realize the free flow of educational big data, at the same time, we should speed up the construction of educational information laws and regulations. To provide the legal guarantee for the reasonable use of the education big data.
