【摘要】：黨的十八大以來(lái),習(xí)近平總書(shū)記始終重視教育方面的改革與發(fā)展,聚集全黨的智慧,結(jié)合我國(guó)發(fā)展的實(shí)際,提出了一系列指導(dǎo)教育改革發(fā)展的新思想、新論斷、新方法,繼承并發(fā)展了鄧小平的教育現(xiàn)代化思想,不僅對(duì)于我國(guó)教育發(fā)展方向提供了指引,而且對(duì)于我國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)提供了智力支持。習(xí)近平教育現(xiàn)代化思想是以習(xí)近平為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)核心的中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人從馬克思主義的立場(chǎng)、觀點(diǎn)以及方法出發(fā)的,結(jié)合當(dāng)前世界教育發(fā)展環(huán)境和中國(guó)教育發(fā)展環(huán)境,科學(xué)地分析了新形勢(shì)下我國(guó)教育工作的現(xiàn)狀、出現(xiàn)的新問(wèn)題、現(xiàn)實(shí)的需求以及人才發(fā)展的任務(wù)等,總結(jié)了改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)教育改革的基本經(jīng)驗(yàn),而提出的關(guān)于教育發(fā)展新的觀點(diǎn)和思想,構(gòu)成了具有邏輯性的,反映了在新的歷史條件下教育發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的教育現(xiàn)代化思想。本研究緊緊圍繞習(xí)近平教育現(xiàn)代化思想依據(jù)當(dāng)代中國(guó)教育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,從全面建成小康社會(huì)、我國(guó)基本國(guó)情、經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)發(fā)展三個(gè)方面分析了習(xí)近平教育現(xiàn)代化思想產(chǎn)生的時(shí)代背景;從馬克思列寧主義、毛澤東思想中的有關(guān)教育現(xiàn)代化思想,改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)鄧小平、江澤民和胡錦濤的教育現(xiàn)代化思想中,探討了習(xí)近平教育現(xiàn)代化思想的有關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ);梳理了習(xí)近平教育現(xiàn)代化思想的基本內(nèi)容及其特點(diǎn),說(shuō)明其教育現(xiàn)代化思想主要包括教育觀念的現(xiàn)代化、教育制度的現(xiàn)代化、教師隊(duì)伍的現(xiàn)代化、教育技術(shù)的現(xiàn)代化以及教育保障的現(xiàn)代化。同時(shí)闡述了該思想所具有的開(kāi)放性、全局性、創(chuàng)新性、科學(xué)性等特征。進(jìn)而,從理論與實(shí)踐上分析了習(xí)近平教育現(xiàn)代化思想的時(shí)代價(jià)值,即繼承和發(fā)展了馬克思主義教育思想、加速了社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展進(jìn)程、促進(jìn)了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義教育的發(fā)展以及為促進(jìn)人自由而全面發(fā)展提供了支撐。
[Abstract]:Since the 18 National Congress of the Party, General Secretary Xi Jinping has always attached importance to the reform and development of education, gathered the wisdom of the whole party, and put forward a series of new ideas and judgments to guide the development of education reform and development in light of the reality of our country's development. The new method, inheriting and developing Deng Xiaoping's thought of educational modernization, not only provides guidance for the direction of education development in our country. Xi Jinping's thought of educational modernization is based on the Marxist standpoint, viewpoint and method. Combined with the current educational development environment in the world and the educational development environment in China, this paper scientifically analyzes the present situation, the new problems, the realistic demands and the task of talents development in China under the new situation. This paper summarizes the basic experience of educational reform since the reform and opening up, and puts forward new ideas and ideas on the development of education, which constitute a logical one. This research closely revolves around Xi Jinping's educational modernization thought according to the present situation of education development in contemporary China, and builds a well-off society in an all-round way. This paper analyzes the background of Xi Jinping's thought of educational modernization from three aspects: the basic national conditions and the new normal development of economy. From Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong's thought about the modernization of education, since the reform and opening up to the outside world, Jiang Zemin and Jiang Zemin in the thought of educational modernization. This paper probes into the theoretical basis of Xi Jinping's thought of educational modernization. This paper combs the basic contents and characteristics of Xi Jinping's thought of educational modernization, and explains that his thought of educational modernization mainly includes the modernization of educational concept, the modernization of educational system and the modernization of teachers. The modernization of educational technology and the modernization of educational security. At the same time, this paper expounds the characteristics of this thought, such as openness, overall situation, innovation, science and so on. This paper analyzes the contemporary value of Xi Jinping's educational modernization thought in theory and practice, that is, inheriting and developing Marxist educational thought and speeding up the development process of socialist modernization. It promotes the development of socialist education with Chinese characteristics and provides support for the free and all-round development of human beings.
