【摘要】："交往"與"灌輸"是教育活動(dòng)及其研究的重要內(nèi)容。從理想類型的角度可以提出灌輸式教育、交往式教育和交往—灌輸式教育三種教育類型。在教育目標(biāo)上,灌輸式教育將獲得知識(shí)作為目標(biāo);交往式教育強(qiáng)調(diào)培養(yǎng)"解放興趣"和"交往理性";交往—灌輸式教育主張"教育即生長(zhǎng)",強(qiáng)調(diào)個(gè)體性和社會(huì)性的統(tǒng)一。在師生關(guān)系上,灌輸式教育以教師為中心,忽視學(xué)生的自主性;交往式教育認(rèn)為師生之間完全平等,體現(xiàn)為主體間性;交往—灌輸式教育主張師生平等,同時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào)教師是"平等中的首席"。在教育過(guò)程上,灌輸式教育重視"客觀世界""社會(huì)世界"的系統(tǒng)性知識(shí)傳承;交往式教育重視"生活世界"中的"交往""對(duì)話";交往—灌輸式教育重視教育過(guò)程中"經(jīng)驗(yàn)的不斷改造"。
[Abstract]:"Communication" and "indoctrination" are the important contents of educational activities and their research. From the angle of ideal type, we can put forward three types of education, namely, "communicative education", "communicative education" and "community-instillation education". The goal of education is to acquire knowledge. Communicative education emphasizes the cultivation of "liberating interest" and "communicative rationality"; Communicative and infusion education advocates "education is growth" and emphasizes the unity of individuality and sociality. In the teacher-student relationship, the education of instillation is teacher-centered and neglects the autonomy of students. Communicative education holds that teachers and students are completely equal, which is embodied in inter-subjectivity; The communicative and infused education advocates the equality of teachers and students, and emphasizes that teachers are the chief of equality. In the process of education, the emplacement education attaches importance to the systematic knowledge transmission of "objective world" and "social world". Communicative education attaches importance to "communication" and "dialogue" in "life world"; Communication-infusion education attaches importance to the "continuous transformation of experience" in the process of education.
