軍訓(xùn)對(duì)不同性別及認(rèn)知風(fēng)格大學(xué)生心理健康水平的影響

【摘要】:目的探討軍訓(xùn)對(duì)不同性別及認(rèn)知風(fēng)格大學(xué)生心理健康水平的影響。方法以四川省某大學(xué)的168名新生作為研究對(duì)象,采用癥狀自評(píng)量表(SCL-90)對(duì)其心理狀況進(jìn)行測(cè)試和評(píng)定,采用鑲嵌圖形測(cè)驗(yàn)(EFT)對(duì)其認(rèn)知風(fēng)格進(jìn)行測(cè)評(píng),對(duì)比軍訓(xùn)前后不同性別及認(rèn)知風(fēng)格大學(xué)生的心理健康水平。結(jié)果軍訓(xùn)前被試的SCL-90得分為31.40±24.32,高于軍訓(xùn)后被試的(28.20±28.90)分,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=2.010,P0.05)。場(chǎng)獨(dú)立性組被試軍訓(xùn)前SCL-90得分高于軍訓(xùn)后得分,而場(chǎng)依存性組被試軍訓(xùn)前SCL-90得分低于軍訓(xùn)后得分,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。軍訓(xùn)后,場(chǎng)依存性組男性被試及場(chǎng)獨(dú)立性組女性被試的SCL-90得分高于本組軍訓(xùn)前得分,場(chǎng)依存性組女性被試及場(chǎng)獨(dú)立性組男性被試的SCL-90得分低于本組軍訓(xùn)前得分,且差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。軍訓(xùn)后,所有被試在SCL-90的軀體化因子上得分差值均高于15。討論軍訓(xùn)對(duì)不同性別及認(rèn)知風(fēng)格大學(xué)生產(chǎn)生的影響不盡相同,高校可根據(jù)新生的心理狀況在軍訓(xùn)中開(kāi)展心理健康教育活動(dòng),使學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì)和心理素質(zhì)同步提高,讓高校軍訓(xùn)以一種更科學(xué)、更合理的方式進(jìn)行,鞏固高校的軍訓(xùn)效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of military training on the mental health of college students of different gender and cognitive style. Methods 168 freshmen from a university in Sichuan Province were selected as subjects. Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90) was used to test and evaluate their psychological status and their cognitive style was evaluated by inlaid figure test (EFT). Results the SCL-90 score of the subjects before and after military training was 31.40 鹵24.32. The score was higher than that of the subjects after military training (28.20 鹵28.90), and the difference was statistically significant. The SCL-90 score of the field independence group before military training was higher than that after military training, while the SCL-90 score of field dependent group before military training was lower than that after military training. After military training, the SCL-90 scores of male subjects in field dependent group and women in field independence group were higher than those before military training. The SCL-90 scores of female subjects in field dependent group and male subjects in field independence group were lower than those before military training, and the differences were statistically significant (P 0.05). The scores of somatization factors of all subjects in SCL-90 were higher than 15. The effects of military training on different gender and cognitive style were discussed. Colleges and universities can carry out mental health education activities in military training according to the psychological condition of freshmen, so that students' physical quality and psychological quality can be improved simultaneously, and military training in colleges and universities can be carried out in a more scientific and reasonable way. Consolidate the effect of military training in colleges and universities.
